What is a motorsport gazebo?

A motorsport gazebo is a printed inflatable tent that a team puts up in the service park, at a car meet or a test drive event as shelter for the car, the mechanics and guests. It is usually 5 × 5 or 6 × 6 m, and the sealed-air version stands without power. Car showrooms and motorcycle dealers add an air dancer at the entrance, columns and an arch – the complete inflatable advertising kit for the motor trade.

At a glance

  • Tents: 4 × 4, 5 × 5 and 6 × 6 m, a 7 × 4 m pavilion and 5-leg fan-inflated tents up to 8 m across.
  • Seen from the road: air dancers 4-6 m, including twin-leg models, and columns 2-5 m catch drivers' eyes with movement and height.
  • Rallies without a generator: sealed-air versions are inflated once and stand in the service park with no power.
  • At night: optional LED lighting, and on fan-inflated tents illuminated legs too.
  • No minimum: one tent for one showroom or a series for a whole network, always 10 working days of production.

Where motorsport gazebos and dealer inflatables work

Showrooms and dealers

An air dancer at the entrance, a column by the new model, flags along the forecourt. The advertising works through opening hours and is visible from the road before drivers pass.

Launches and open days

A tent as a customer lounge with a counter, coffee and brochures, an arch over the forecourt entrance. All in your brand colours and set up in one morning.

Test drives and roadshows

A mobile sign-up point that travels with the test fleet from town to town. A 4 × 4 m tent packed in its bag fits in a car boot.

Rallies, meets and track days

A team base in the service park, a fan zone, a podium. Plus deckchairs and a counter with the sponsor logo, all in the same van.

Which motorsport gazebo or showroom tent to choose?

Sealed-air for rallies, meets and test drives off site. In the service park, in a clearing by a stage or in a shopping centre car park there is usually no socket. A sealed-air tent is inflated once and stands without power, quietly, with no blower humming beside your customer conversations.

Fan-inflated outside the showroom and at launches. There is power in the building, so a fan-inflated tent with a 230 V blower runs all day and recovers its shape after a gust. The 5-leg version 8 m across has 3.7 m of headroom and an unusual star shape – it looks great in launch photos, especially with illuminated legs after dark.

Size. 4 × 4 m is enough for a test drive sign-up point with a counter. 5 × 5 and 6 × 6 m make a customer lounge or a team base with room for a table, chairs and spare wheels. The 6 × 6 m fan-inflated tent has a 4.2 × 4.2 m interior and 3.5 m of height. Solid walls, or walls with a door or a window, are added as needed.

The technologies explained step by step: how a sealed-air tent differs from a fan-inflated one.

Service tent and pit gazebo – what it is good for

In motorsport, a "service tent" or "pit gazebo" often means a roof over the mechanics' work in the service park or at the track. Our tent gives shade and shelter from rain, room for wheels, tools and parts, driver briefings and team downtime – while carrying sponsor logos in full colour. Walls added on the windward side close the space when the weather turns.

To be honest: it is a promotional tent, not a workshop. It has no floor or heating for year-round work, and the car usually stands next to the tent rather than fully under it. If the car needs to go under cover, send us its dimensions – we will check which size makes that possible.

On tarmac and concrete the tent is secured with ballast weights (water, sand, concrete or steel), on grass with guy lines and anchors. In very strong wind the structure is taken down. That is how the Presko team base worked at an off-road rally: a fan-inflated tent with printed deckchairs.

Advertising at the showroom and at motor shows

A showroom needs advertising that works every day, not only on launch day. Most often that is an air dancer at the entrance – the movement is visible from far down the road – and an inflatable column next to the new model. We made a set like this, an air dancer with a column, for Renault, and a twin-leg air dancer for CUPRA stood at a showroom winter event.

For a launch or an open day, add a customer lounge tent, an arch over the forecourt entrance and a promo counter as a hospitality desk – like the counter we made for Junak. Tents for Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi Motors and Indian Motorcycle and a tent for Love For Car show that the same structure suits different brands – only the print changes.

For outdoor motor shows, see our page about exhibition tents. Agencies serving dealer networks get trade prices in the partner area.

Questions and answers

Motorsport and dealers – questions and answers

How much does a printed motorsport gazebo cost?

Outside Poland every tent is priced on request, including print and delivery to your country. 4 × 4 m tents are the most affordable, 6 × 6 m tents and the 7 × 4 m pavilion cost more. Send your logo and we will reply within 24 hours with a quote and a visualisation.

Does a rally tent need power?

Not if you choose the sealed-air version. It is inflated once and stands for about a week without power, so it suits a service park with no generator. A fan-inflated tent needs a 230 V socket the whole time.

Will a car fit under the tent?

It depends on the model and the tent size. The 6 × 6 m fan-inflated tent has a 4.2 × 4.2 m interior, so a typical passenger car will not fit entirely inside. Send us the vehicle dimensions and we will suggest a size or a layout with the car beside the tent.

Can a service tent replace a workshop?

No. A promotional tent has no floor or heating for permanent workshop use. It works as a team base in the service park, shelter for mechanics and a fan zone.

Which air dancer should a car showroom use?

By a busy road a 5-6 m air dancer works well, on a smaller forecourt 4 m. We make the twin-leg version in 4, 5 and 6 m heights. An air dancer runs on a blower, so it needs a socket.

Can we order one tent for a single showroom?

Yes, there is no minimum order. A dealer network can order the same design for many showrooms, and agencies can use trade prices. Production always takes 10 working days from artwork approval.
