A sealed air tent is inflated once, before the event. Air-tight chambers hold the pressure with no blower and no power, so the tent stands where there is no electricity: on a beach, in the mountains, halfway along a race route. No blower also means no noise and no cable across the ground, which matters next to a stage, inside a hall and anywhere the public walks past the stand all day.
