How to choose the right model?
Which pop-up tent size should you choose?
Pop-up tents come in 3x3 m, 3x4.5 m and 3x6 m, all 2 m high. The 3 m depth is fixed – only the length changes.
A 3x3 m tent takes one service point with a counter and two staff. The 3x6 m version takes a full trade stand with a back area, or two separate points under one roof.
How does it differ from an inflatable tent?
A pop-up tent stands on a folding aluminium frame, not on air. It needs no fan and no power supply, and setting up means unfolding the frame and fitting the cover.
This suits crews that put the tent up themselves, often, and without access to electricity. An inflatable tent is the choice where the visual effect and full print coverage of the structure matter.
What cover and print does a pop-up tent get?
The roof and walls are made of coated polyester fabric. Printing covers the roof, the walls and the valance, so the tent works as an advertising carrier from every side.
Side walls are optional: the same tent can be set up as an open canopy or as a closed cabin, depending on the weather and the function of the stand.
What extra equipment do you offer for the tents? Do you have weights?
Yes. A frame tent can be fitted with additional weights: steel, concrete or cast iron. The most frequently chosen option is fabric weights in the form of bags filled with sand.
Why is a pop-up tent a must-have?
Organising an outdoor event is a challenge that calls for solid planning and attention to both practical and visual details. One of the key elements that delivers both comfort and curb appeal is exactly this: pop-up tents from Ario.
How fast is the setup?
Ario pop-up tents are built for quick and easy assembly, so your event setup runs smoothly with no unnecessary delays or complications. Smaller folding frame tents can be set up in 5 to 10 minutes, depending on experience. The whole assembly process is straightforward and fully explained in the instruction manual included with every set.
Does a pop-up tent protect against rain and sun?
Unpredictable weather shouldn't be allowed to ruin your event. Ario tents provide solid overhead shelter, protecting attendees from rain, sun, and wind. The UV printing used on our trade tents is also resistant to moisture and soaking rain.
What technology goes into our pop-up tents?
Folding frame tents aren't just practical – they look great too. A rich range of colours and full customisation options turn every tent into a powerful advertising medium. With help from our experienced design team, you can print on every fabric part of your pop-up tent. As standard, we print the roof, valances, and all side walls. Printing is done using the reliable, industry-leading UV printing method
Ario pop-up tents are easy to move around. Lightweight aluminium frames allow for quick teardown and relocation – even several times during a single sporting event. This makes them a perfect fit for running events and races. The portability of these products makes it far easier to run events across multiple locations, giving you much greater planning flexibility.
