What are custom inflatables?
Custom inflatables are enlarged inflatable replicas of a product or a brand character – a bottle, can, jar, pack or mascot – sewn from fully printed fabric and displayed at events, in shops, at festivals and trade shows. They can run on a blower or stand without power as a sealed-air version from 2 to 6 m tall.

A brand figure by the sponsor zone, lit up after dark. It stands out above the crowd and makes an easy meeting point: "see you by the bottle".

An inflatable bottle, a can or a bespoke figure?
A sealed-air bottle or can, when your product has a classic shape. Bottles and sealed-air cans come as ready-made shapes in five heights. You fill the airtight bladder once and it holds air for several days, with no power and no noise. The printed label cover is interchangeable, so one bottle can serve several flavours or later campaigns.
A fan-inflated figure, when the shape is unusual. A jar, a pack, a fruit or a character is made to order as a figure on a 230 V blower. The constant airflow allows complex shapes, and the figure recovers after a gust of wind. That is how we made the jars for the Polish food brands Łowicz and Czeko Dżem, the Pestilla bottle and the Energizer figure.
A sphere, when the logo is enough. A double-layer advertising sphere also has an interchangeable cover and is the simplest shape for a campaign where brand colour matters more than product shape – like the spheres we made for the Polish lottery Lotto.
Height. For shops, shopping centres and exhibition halls 2-3 m is usually chosen, because the ceiling sets the limit. Outdoors, by the stage and at festivals, 4-6 m works well.

How an inflatable product replica is made
A custom inflatable starts with your product, not with a catalogue. The process looks like this:
- Materials: you send photos of the pack from several sides, the label file and the dimensions of the original.
- Visualisation: we prepare a design of the figure at the chosen height, free of charge, and revise it until you are happy.
- Production: once approved, we sew and print the figure in Poland in 10 working days.
- Delivery: a courier brings the figure in a bag with a pump or blower, guy lines, anchors and instructions.
We print the label in full colour across the whole surface, using UV printing or dye sublimation – the differences are explained in UV printing vs dye sublimation. Each figure comes with a 24-month warranty.
Where else a custom inflatable works
An enlarged product works best where customers can try it or buy it straight away. Breweries and drinks producers put bottles by beer gardens and tasting zones – more about such stands on our page about catering gazebos. At trade shows the figure draws people to the stand, as we describe for exhibition tents. Outside shops and in shopping centres it works together with a balloon and an arch – see advertising balloons for shops.
The shape does not have to be a product. We have made a fruit-printed balloon for the orchard brand Legsad, a character figure, balloons for Souvre and a 3 m single-layer blimp for the AGH University of Kraków. Agencies preparing campaigns for brands get trade prices in the partner area.

How much does a giant inflatable bottle cost?
Outside Poland bottles and cans 2-6 m tall are priced on request, including full print and delivery to your country. Figures with unusual shapes are quoted individually within 24 hours. The artwork and visualisation are included.
Does an inflatable bottle need power?
Not if you choose a sealed-air bottle. The airtight bladder is filled once and holds air for several days. Bespoke fan-inflated figures, which run on a 230 V blower, do need power.
Can you make a custom inflatable in the shape of our product?
Yes. We make bespoke 3D figures from photos and dimensions of your product, like the Łowicz jar, the Czeko Dżem jar and the Pestilla bottle. Before production you get a visualisation to approve.
Can the cover of an inflatable bottle be replaced?
Yes. Sealed-air bottles and cans have an interchangeable printed cover, so a new flavour or label does not require a new figure. The airtight bladder stays the same.
Will an inflatable figure fit in a shop or an exhibition hall?
Yes, if you match the height to the ceiling. For shops, shopping centres and exhibition halls, 2-3 m figures are usually chosen. Taller ones, 4-6 m, work outdoors.
How long does it take to make a custom inflatable?
Production takes 10 working days from artwork approval, even for a single piece. For a bespoke figure, allow a few extra days for the visualisation and revisions.
