What is a pneumatic mock-up for?

The 10 m pneumatic tank is a visual 1:1 mock-up measuring 10 × 3,5 × 2,5 m that works in four roles: as an advertising object at events and open-air shows, as a trade-fair display, as part of military training and simulation, and as a prop for film and museums. At 10 m long the tank is visible from the far end of the site, and it usually ends up organising the whole display.

What this mock-up does not do

The 10 m pneumatic tank reproduces the silhouette and the paintwork – and that is where the resemblance to combat equipment ends. It does not imitate a thermal or radar signature, it carries no working armament, and it reproduces no specific model in serial production. We say so plainly, because that is what decides whether it suits the job in hand.

How it is built

The 10 m pneumatic tank has a skin of PVC-coated polyester fabric held in shape by air pressure. A built-in blower runs throughout the display, so the mock-up needs access to power. The camouflage finish is UV-printed across the whole surface of the skin.

Setting up and transport

The 10 m pneumatic tank is set up by two people in under twenty minutes: unfold the skin, connect the blower, anchor the guy lines. Packed, it travels in a single vehicle – no low-loader, no crane and none of the permits the real vehicle would require.

Price and lead time

The 10 m pneumatic tank costs Price on request, with a lead time of 10 working days from artwork approval. Production takes place in Poland. Mock-ups of other vehicles are quoted from a technical drawing or photographs.
