Inflatable advertising

Tents, gates, balloons and figures that hold their shape with air – fully printed, made in Poland in 10 working days.

What is inflatable advertising?

Inflatable advertising is any display that owes its shape to air trapped inside a skin. In practice that means tents, gates, balloons, spheres, columns, air dancers and three-dimensional figures – all printed across their entire surface. What sets it apart from ordinary printed advertising is scale and three-dimensionality: the object is visible from the far side of the site, not from two metres away.

Sealed-air or constant-airflow – what is the difference?

These are two different products, not synonyms, and the choice decides whether your event will need electricity. A sealed-air structure has an airtight bladder: you inflate it once before setting up, then disconnect the pump. The air holds for roughly seven days, after which it needs a short top-up.

A constant-airflow structure runs on a blower without a break. It needs power for the whole display, but in exchange it returns to shape even after a strong gust and allows forms that a sealed bladder could not carry.

In practice: for a picnic in an open field with nowhere to plug in, choose sealed-air. For a multi-day festival with power on site and a large structure – constant-airflow.

What is it made of?

The outer skin is PVC-coated polyester fabric weighing 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. The sealed-air bladder is made of 300 g/m² polyurethane. Printing is done in UV technology, full colour, across the whole surface – including the roof and side walls.

How long does setting up take?

Two people put up a 4×4 m tent in a quarter of an hour, including inflation and anchoring. Guy lines and ground anchors are included; on hard surfaces, where anchors will not go into the ground, sand, water, concrete or steel ballast weights are used instead.

What types of inflatable advertising are there?

Inflatable advertising divides into a dozen or so families that differ in purpose, not just in shape. Below are the ones we make – starting with the most frequently ordered.

Tents

Covered space for staff, equipment and guests: an information point, a brand zone, the back office of a competition. The sealed-air version works without power; the constant-airflow one spans greater widths. Several tents join into a single run with a tunnel.

Gates

Start and finish of a race, the entrance to a site, a crossing over a cycle path. The SLIM line is narrow and fits where a classic gate will not.

Balloons and spheres

Balloons standing on the ground and spheres suspended or floating on water. Lit from inside they keep working after dark, which extends the display by whole evenings.

Columns, air dancers and screens

A column marks out a route and signs zones. An air dancer – the waving tube figure – catches the eye with movement that is hard to ignore. An airwall is an inflatable wall: a photo backdrop, a windbreak, an advertising surface.

Bottles, cans and three-dimensional figures

An enlarged model of a product or a vehicle, from a few to a dozen or more metres. Bottles and cans work at drinks-brand activations; military mock-ups at emergency-service open days and re-enactments.

Seasonal decorations

Christmas baubles for outdoor decoration of towns, shopping centres and markets. Concert balloons are light balls thrown into the crowd during gigs.

Families of inflatable products

Each family has its own page with dimensions, prices and lead times.

Sealed Air Tents

A sealed-air tent stands without power: you inflate the 300 g/m² polyurethane bladder once before set-up, and the PVC-coated polyester skin at 320 g/m² carries the UV print. Sizes 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 m, plus the pavilion.

Inflatable Tents

A pneumatic tent runs on a blower that keeps the pressure up throughout the event. PVC-coated polyester at 320 g/m², sizes from 4×4 to 6×6 m and five-leg versions 6–8 m in diameter.

Inflatable arches

A pneumatic arch runs on a blower and goes up in about fifteen minutes. Spans from 5×3 to 10×5 m, shapes: arch, rectangle and bevelled, coated polyester at 300 g/m² with UV print.

Constant-pressure arches

A constant-pressure arch is a gas-tight advertising arch that is inflated once and stands for several days without power – on a forest trail, a beach and anywhere there is no socket.

SLIM arches

A SLIM arch is a lighter, compact advertising arch with 0.45–1 m legs instead of 1.2–1.7 m – it fits a narrow path, a beach or a hall entrance and one person sets it up.

Advertising Balloons

A pneumatic balloon stands on constant airflow from a built-in blower. PVC-coated polyester at 320 g/m², heights from 3 to 10 m, shapes: classic with a waist, ball and light bulb.

Sealed Air Advertising Spheres

An advertising sphere is filled with air or helium and made of 200 g/m² polyurethane fabric. Diameters from 1.8 to 6 m, in single-skin and double-skin versions with a replaceable cover.

Inflatable Columns

Inflatable columns are blower-powered air tubes that transform any outdoor space into a bold, eye-catching brand statement in under 10 minutes. Full 360° UV printing makes your logo and slogans stand out to visitors from every angle, no matter where they're viewing from. It's a lightweight, striking and reliable solution for marking exhibition stands, event entrances and race routes.

Air Dancers (Sky Dancers)

Sky dancers (air dancers) are figures dancing on a stream of air – their motion draws the eye more effectively than static advertising. We make them 4 to 6 m tall, in one- and two-leg versions, with full-colour branding.

Airwall Advertising Screens

An airwall is a pneumatic advertising wall with a replaceable printed mesh, sized from 4×3 to 10×5 m. The frame is coated polyester at 300 g/m² and runs on a built-in blower.

Where does inflatable advertising work best?

Inflatable advertising earns its place wherever you need to be visible in a crowd and to set up without a technical crew. Most often it goes to:

  • runs, marathons and sporting events – start gates, finish lines, fan zones
  • festivals and concerts – brand tents, illuminated balloons, balls for the audience
  • trade fairs and exhibitions – stand structures, photo walls, columns marking zones
  • brand activations – enlarged product models, air dancers, sampling points
  • local-government and emergency-service events – fire brigade tents, Christmas decorations for towns

We make every structure in Poland to order, printed in the client's colours. The standard lead time is 10 working days with no minimum quantity – a single tent takes as long as a full set for an entire event.

Questions and answers

Inflatable advertising – questions and answers

Does inflatable advertising need electricity?

It depends on the construction. A sealed-air one does not – you inflate it once before setting up and disconnect the pump. A constant-airflow one runs on a blower throughout the display and needs a permanent power supply.

How long does it hold air without a top-up?

A sealed-air structure holds air for about seven days. For a longer display it is worth planning a short pressure check, especially when there are large temperature differences between day and night.

Will it stand up to rain and wind?

Yes. The skin is PVC-coated polyester fabric weighing 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. Guy lines and anchors are included, and on hard surfaces ballast weights are used.

How long does an order take?

Ten working days, with no minimum quantity. The clock starts when the artwork is approved, not when the order is placed.

Can I have my own graphics printed?

Yes, the entire surface is printed in full colour using UV technology – roof, walls and three-dimensional elements. Preparing the production file from the logo you send is our job.

How much does inflatable advertising cost?

The range is wide, because the product families differ in scale. Every product carries its price and lead time on its own page. For orders outside Poland we quote the price and delivery individually – send an enquiry from the product page and you will have an answer within 24 hours on working days.

How is it transported and stored?

Folded, the structure fits into the transport bag supplied with the set. A 4×4 m tent travels in the boot of a passenger car and is stored in a dry room, folded once dry.

How does inflatable advertising differ from a bouncy castle?

In purpose and construction. Bouncy castles are play equipment for children and are subject to separate safety requirements. Inflatable advertising is a display medium for brands – it is not made for play and is not designed to carry people.

Need a quote with printing?
