What the printed 3x3 pop-up tent is
The 3x3 pop-up tent is a covered stand with 9 m² of area and a height of 2 m, built from an aluminium scissor frame and covers made of polyester fabric with PVC coating, 320 g/m². In the retail version the set includes a printed roof and three walls: two shorter ones and one longer one.
The three-wall configuration leaves one side open. This layout suits sales and customer service, where the back and sides shelter the goods and the front stays accessible.
Fabric and frame
The covers – roof, walls and valance – are made of one fabric: polyester with a PVC coating, 320 g/m². The PVC coating is responsible for water resistance and makes the fabric easier to clean after an event.
The frame is made of aluminium. This material weighs less than steel, which matters for a tent that is set up and packed down at every outing.
Stabilisation and optional equipment
A 3x3 tent should not be set up without weighting the legs. The options are 7.5 kg steel weights, 12 kg concrete weights and sand bags in single and double versions.
Sand bags are filled on site, so they add no weight in transport. Steel and concrete weights are ready to use as soon as the frame is opened.
Print and film window
We print in UV technology on the cover fabric. The graphic design is prepared by ARIO at no extra charge, based on the materials supplied by the customer.
One of the walls is fitted with a film window. On a stand closed on three sides, the window keeps the interior visible and brings light in under the roof.
Where does this model work best?
The retail version works at trade fairs, markets, outdoor events and seasonal sales points. The 9 m² area fits a counter, stock and staff.
The tent also serves as a registration point, a promotional stand or back-of-house space at sports events. The 2 m height allows free movement under the roof.

What exactly is included in the set?
The set includes an aluminium frame, a printed roof, two shorter walls and one longer wall. The fourth side stays open, which gives customers an entrance in retail use.
How much space does the tent take up once set up?
The tent measures 3x3 m externally, which gives 9 m² of covered area. The structure height is 2 m.
What are the covers made of?
The roof, walls and valance are made of polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating, 320 g/m². The same fabric is used across all cover elements.
How is the tent fixed to the ground?

Does the frame need tools to set up?
The aluminium frame has a pop-up construction – it is opened by pulling the frame apart and locking the legs at the chosen height. The covers are fitted onto the assembled frame.
