Description

Construction and purpose

This inflatable arch with angled sides has a 6x4 m clearance and is sewn from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². Air is supplied by a built-in quiet fan that runs for the whole time the arch is on display.

The angled version spreads the load over a wider base – the outer dimensions are 8.6 x 5.3 m with a leg diameter of 1.3 m. The 6 m wide clearance lets a group of runners or a vehicle pass underneath.

How do the print and the graphics work?

Graphics are UV printed directly onto the fabric, with up to 100% surface coverage – legs, top beam and angled sections included. Full UV printing of the arch is part of the standard product.

If the arch has to carry several sponsors or change between editions of an event, hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners can be sewn on. The printed banners themselves are ordered as a separate item.

How do you set it up, anchor it and transport it?

The set comes with a complete set of guy ropes and a complete set of ground anchors. On asphalt, paving and indoors, optional stabilising skids are used – once fitted, the arch stands on its own.

After deflation the whole start finish arch packs into the transport bag supplied with the set.

What can you add to the set?

LED lighting placed inside the structure illuminates the arch from within, which matters for events that finish after dark. A 3D element mounted on the top beam adds a three dimensional shape above the clearance, for example a logo or a figure.

Stabilising skids, hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners and additional printed banners are chosen according to where and how often the arch will be set up.

Where does this model work best?

The 6x4 m clearance suits the start and finish line of road races, cycling events and triathlons, where the full width of the course has to fit under the race arch. It also works as an entrance to an outdoor event site or a sponsor zone.

What is the actual clearance of the arch and what is the overall footprint?

The clearance – the open space traffic and runners pass through – is 6x4 m, while the inflated structure occupies 8.6 m in width and 5.3 m in height. The difference comes from the angled side sections, so both figures need to be taken into account when planning the setup area.

How is the arch powered and is the fan noisy?

The inflatable arch has a built-in quiet fan that maintains pressure for the whole time the arch is on display. This is a fan blown (constant air) product, so it needs a permanent power connection during use.

How is the arch anchored to the ground?

The set includes a complete set of guy ropes and a complete set of ground anchors. For surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional stabilising skids are available, and with them the arch stands on its own.

Can the graphics be changed between events?

Yes – hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners can be sewn on as an option, and the printed banners themselves are available as a separate item. The base graphics of the arch are UV printed directly onto the fabric across the whole surface.

Can the entire surface of the arch be printed?

Yes, the product includes full surface UV printing with up to 100% coverage. The UV print is applied to coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m².

How is the 6x4 m arch transported?

A transport bag for the deflated arch is included in the set. Once the air is released, the polyester fabric folds down to a size that fits in a car or a van.
