The construction is двu... two-layer: an outer skin of PVC-coated polyester fabric 300 g/m² and an inner layer of polyurethane 200 g/m². UV print is applied on all panels.
A sealed air bauble is filled once with a manual or electric pump and holds pressure for the whole display period. It needs no connected blower and no power supply.
This sets it apart from pneumatic products, which run on a permanently switched-on fan. For shop windows, shopping centres and locations without mains access, the absence of a power requirement decides whether the decoration can be hung at all.
The outer skin is PVC-coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m², the inner layer is made of polyurethane 200 g/m². The inner layer is responsible for air tightness, the outer one for colour and abrasion resistance.
This arrangement holds pressure through weeks of seasonal display, without daily topping up.
The bauble can stand on a flat surface or hang beneath a structure. Hanging loops are sewn into the outer skin during production, so the display method has to be settled before ordering.
When hanging from a shopping centre ceiling or a stage truss, confirm the permissible load of the mounting point in advance.
Graphics are applied by UV print on all panels, with the option of covering the entire surface. The design therefore wraps around the whole sphere and works regardless of the viewing direction.
Optional LED lighting is placed inside the skin. For winter decorations, where dusk falls after three in the afternoon, illumination extends the period of real visibility by several hours a day.
