Shipping and payments
Delivery within Poland is free for all orders, payment is made by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, and standard production takes 10 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Poland is free for every order – no minimum value, no surcharges. The amount shown in the cart is the total amount payable. For other countries, delivery is quoted individually.
How do I pay?
After you place an order we issue a proforma invoice, which you pay by regular bank transfer – 100% of the value before production starts. We do not currently accept card or BLIK payments.
How long does production take?
Standard production with full-surface printing takes 10 working days, counted from the later of two events: receipt of payment and artwork approval. You will be notified once your parcel is dispatched.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes – we manufacture in Poland and handle international orders, but product price and delivery outside Poland are quoted individually. Send an enquiry from the product page and we will prepare an offer for your country.
What warranty do I get?
Pneumatic products carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty; textile products (flags and counters) – 12 months. We also help with repairs throughout the warranty period.
