A council event tent is an inflatable or frame tent printed with the crest, logo and slogan of a local authority, put up at council events such as town festivals, fetes, fun days and tourism shows. It serves as the council stand, an information point for residents and a backdrop for photos. Councils often pair it with an advertising arch and a balloon, so the whole event carries one identity.

Which event tent should a council choose?
Outdoors without power – sealed-air. At a village fete or a fun day on the playing fields, power is often available only by the stage. A sealed-air tent is inflated once in the morning and stands until the evening, or even for several days, with no generator and no noise.
By the stage and indoors – fan-inflated. A fan-inflated tent with a 230 V blower allows larger shapes: the 5-leg version 8 m across holds a council stand with a counter and a seating area. After dark it can be lit with LEDs.
For markets and craft fairs – pop-up. A pop-up tent 3 × 6 m on an aluminium frame needs no inflation and works well where the council puts up a row of tents for stallholders.
Size. 4 × 4 m is enough for an information point with two people. 5 × 5 m is a stand with a counter and room to talk. 6 × 6 m and 5-leg tents hold a residents' meeting or a children's area.

An arch at the entrance, a balloon over the square
A tent promotes a stand. What promotes the event is whatever people can see from a distance. An advertising arch over the entrance to the site welcomes visitors with your crest and the event name, and at a community run it doubles as the start and finish. An arch with hook-and-loop strips lets you swap banners – one structure serves the town festival, the fun run and the summer fete, each with its own wording. If the arch has to fit a narrow park path, a SLIM arch with slender legs is the better choice.
An advertising balloon 3-10 m tall can be seen from several hundred metres away, including from the approach road. Advertising balloons with a waist or in a ball shape can be lit for an evening concert. To mark zones – food, stage, information point – inflatable columns 2-5 m tall are enough.

A council exhibits in two roles: as host of its own events and as a guest at tourism shows, county shows and regional festivals. Either way, the promotional stand should be recognisable from afar and pack into a single van:
- A tent with your crest and slogan – sealed-air 4 × 4 or 5 × 5 m, which stands without power on any site.
- Flags and columns – advertising flags with your crest at the entrance (build your set in the flag configurator) and inflatable columns marking out the council area.

Which promotional tent should a council choose for a fete?
Most often a 5 × 5 m sealed-air tent, because it stands all day without power and holds a stand with a counter. By the stage, where there is a socket, a 5-leg fan-inflated tent works well. For a market with many stallholders, a 3 × 6 m pop-up tent is enough.
How much does an advertising arch with a council crest cost?
Outside Poland we price every arch on request, including print and delivery. The cost depends on the clearance and the technology: fan-inflated arches range from 5 × 3 to 10 × 5 m, sealed-air ones work without power. We send a quote with a visualisation within 24 hours.
Can a council order just one tent?
Yes. There is no minimum order, and the 10 working day lead time applies to a single piece too. You can later order another tent or an arch in the same design.
Will the tent cope with rain and wind?
Rain, yes – the PVC-coated polyester skin is waterproof and UV-resistant. The tent is secured with guy lines and anchors, or with ballast weights on paving. In very strong wind it has to be deflated and packed away.
Can the wording on the arch be changed for different events?
Yes, if you order an arch with hook-and-loop strips for interchangeable banners. The structure stays the same and the banner changes from the town festival to the fun run or the fete. That is how we made the arch for Sejny County.
How long does an order for a council take?
You get a quote within 24 hours, production takes 10 working days from artwork approval, then courier delivery. If you run a request for quotation, allow extra time for choosing the supplier and approving the visualisation.
