Description

Construction and application

The 6x6 inflatable tent is a canopy with a 6 x 6 m external footprint, held in shape by air pressure from a built-in fan. Legs 0.9 m in diameter support the roof at 3.5 m internal height, and the usable space between them measures 4.2 x 4.2 m.

The cover is made from PVC coated polyester fabric with a weight of 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. Pricing for the basic configuration is available on request.

Set-up, power and anchoring

Setting up the tent comes down to connecting the fan, which inflates the structure and maintains pressure throughout use. Mains power has to be run to the installation point.

Stabilisation is handled by the guy ropes, anchors and hammer supplied with the set. On block paving, asphalt and indoors, the anchors are replaced with optional weights: sand or water bags, concrete or steel.

Side walls and lighting

A full set of side walls is included in the delivery. The walls can be clipped on with the print facing inwards, so the graphics also work inside the enclosed area of the tent.

High-power leg lighting and LED lighting are ordered separately. Both options are designed for this model and allow the tent to be used after dark.

How do we print it?

Printing covers the full surface of the tent and is done using UV technology. Artwork can be planned across the roof, legs and side walls as a single design.

What is in the set and how does the warranty work?

The set includes: the tent with built-in fan and full UV print, side walls, guy ropes, ground anchors, hammer, user manual and transport bag.

The product comes with a 24-month warranty. The transport bag allows the complete set to be moved between locations.

Questions and answers

How much space does the 6x6 tent take up and how much is usable?

The tent occupies a 6 x 6 m external footprint, with 4.2 x 4.2 m of usable space between the legs. The difference comes from the legs, each 0.9 m in diameter. When planning your event space, add extra room for the guy ropes, which run out beyond the outline of the tent.

What is the internal height of the tent?

The internal height is 3.5 m. That leaves room for a counter, display stands or advertising walls underneath without clashing with the roof.

Does the fan have to run the whole time?

Yes – this is a fan blown structure with a built-in fan that keeps the legs and roof pressurised for the entire time the tent is on display. This means mains power has to be available at the installation point.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes, a set of ground anchors and a hammer for driving them in. On hard surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, use the optional weights: sand or water bags, concrete or steel.

Does the tent have side walls?

A full set of side walls is included in the set. The walls can be clipped on with the print facing inwards, so the graphics also work inside the tent.

How are the graphics applied?

Graphics are applied by UV print across the full surface of the tent. Printing covers both the roof and the legs, so artwork can be planned across the whole structure rather than on selected panels only.

Can the tent be used in low temperatures and rain?

The tent is made from polyester materials resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. A PVC coating on 320 g/m² fabric keeps the cover from soaking through.

What can be added beyond the standard set?

Optional extras are high-power leg lighting, LED lighting and weights: sand or water, concrete and steel. Everything else – side walls, ropes, anchors, hammer, manual and transport bag – is part of the basic set.
