Description
What the 4x4 sealed air tent is
A tent with a 4x4 m footprint and a height of 3 m. The frame is made of inflatable beams with a 300 g/m² polyurethane insert, covered with PVC coated polyester fabric weighing 320 g/m². The structure is sealed air, which means it holds the air after inflation with no blower connected.
It is intended for companies that need a covered stand of 16 m² at outdoor events, trade fairs, sports competitions and promotional campaigns. Side walls are included, so the tent can work as an open canopy or as a closed service point.
Materials and resistance
The outer skin is polyester with an additional PVC coating at 320 g/m², and the internal pressure insert is made of 300 g/m² polyurethane. The materials are resistant to water and to sub-zero temperatures, so the tent can be used outside the summer season.
The manufactured product is covered by a 24-month warranty.
Setting up, anchoring and transport
The tent is inflated once with an electric or manual pump – one of them comes with the set as your choice, the other can be added as optional equipment. A user manual is supplied with the set.
Standard anchoring is done with the guy ropes and anchors from the set. On paving, asphalt or indoors, ballast weights are used: filled with sand or water, concrete or steel.
Print and stand configuration
The whole surface of the tent is covered with full UV print, included in the set. The side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the graphics also work inside the stand.
The tent can be extended with an additional canopy and with a tunnel that connects several tents into one run. The interior can be lit with optional LED lighting. Sets are quoted on request.

Questions and answers
Does the tent need a blower running all the time?
No, the tent is a sealed air structure – the inflatable insert is pumped up once before setting up and then holds the pressure on its own. Inflation is done with an electric or manual pump, chosen with the set.
How is the tent anchored to the ground?
The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors intended for soil. On hard surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional ballast weights are used: sand or water filled, concrete or steel.
Are the side walls included in the set?
Yes, a complete set of side walls is part of the standard set. The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the graphics are visible to people standing under the tent.
Can several tents be joined into one area?
Yes, a connecting tunnel for joining several tents is available. It lets you combine a few 4x4 m modules into a larger space without stepping outside.
What printing technique is used?
Printing is done with UV print over the whole surface of the tent. Full print coverage is part of the standard set and preparation of the artwork is free of charge.
Can the tent be used in autumn and winter?
Yes, the polyester materials used in the structure are resistant to water and to sub-zero temperatures. The outer layer is PVC coated polyester fabric with a weight of 320 g/m².
How is the tent transported?
Once deflated, the tent packs into the transport bag supplied with the set. The pump, side walls, ropes and anchors travel with it.
Can the inside of the tent be lit?
Yes, strong LED lighting is available as an option. It is ordered together with the tent as additional equipment.
How do I get a price for the 4x4 sealed air tent?

How long does the product hold air without topping up?
The air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a gentle top-up. For displays running longer than a week, plan a short pressure check, particularly when day and night temperatures differ widely.
