A sealed-air bottle is an inflatable advertising shape that stands without electricity. You inflate it once and the gas-tight insert holds the air for several days of work. No blower, no extension lead, no generator, so it works where there is no socket: a promenade, a beach, a trade fair hall with no power drop, the middle of a park.
How is a sealed-air bottle built?
In two layers. Inside sits a gas-tight insert with a polyurethane coating that keeps the air in. Over it goes a skin of PVC-coated polyester, and that is where we print the graphics with UV inks. The split has a practical consequence: you replace the artwork without replacing the whole figure.
Can the artwork be replaced after a campaign?
Yes. We sew a new skin and the insert stays. It costs a fraction of a new figure and the only material used up is the printed cover.
How long does it hold the air?
Several days. When wrinkles appear on the surface you top it up with a pump – hand or electric, both available with the product – and the figure keeps working.
How many people does it take to move?
Two. An inflated 5 m figure is light, because the whole weight is fabric and air. You carry it to another spot instead of setting it up from scratch.
Available heights
We build 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 metre figures as standard, each with full-surface print and optional LED lighting. The shape copies your own packaging, so proportions and diameter are set during design.
