Description
How is this model built and what is it for?
This inflatable arch is built from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and is held in shape by constant air from a built-in fan. The 5x3 m clear opening lets runners, cyclists and vehicles pass underneath, and the inflated structure measures 7.4 x 4.2 m.
The 5x3 m opening model is used as a start finish arch for running events, cycling races, motorsport and off-road events. Legs 1.2 m in diameter give a wide base under the weight of the top beam.
Fabric and printing
The polyester fabric is additionally coated, which limits air seepage and makes the surface easier to clean after an outdoor event. The 300 g/m² weight applies to the whole structure, including the legs.
Printing is done using the UV method, with the option to cover 100% of the surface. Graphics can include sponsor logos on the legs and the event name on the top beam, with no limit to single panels.
Setting up and anchoring
Setting up comes down to unrolling the arch, connecting the fan and securing the structure. Guy ropes and ground anchors are included and transfer wind load to the ground.
Where anchors cannot be driven in, for example on asphalt or paving, the optional stabilising skids let the arch stand on its own. A transport bag is part of the set.
What can you add to the set?
LED lighting illuminates the arch from the inside and is useful for events finishing after dark. A 3D element on the top beam allows a three-dimensional shape to be placed above the arch, for example a figure or a product silhouette.
Sewn-on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners, plus additional banners with advertising graphics, separate the structure from the advertising message. One arch then serves further editions of an event or different sponsors by changing the banners alone.

Questions and answers
How much space is needed for a 5x3 m arch?
Once inflated, the arch occupies 7.4 m in width and 4.2 m in height, while the clear opening for participants is 5x3 m. Add space at the sides and behind for guy ropes and anchors. Each leg is 1.2 m in diameter, so the base takes up real space on the course.
How is the arch fixed to the ground?
The arch is stabilised with guy ropes and ground anchors, both included in the set. The anchors work on soil, grass and any surface they can be driven into. On hard surfaces it is worth ordering the optional stabilising skids, which let the arch stand on its own.
Does the fan have to run the whole time?
Yes, a fan blown arch holds its shape thanks to the constant air supply from the built-in fan. The fan is quiet and part of the set, so it does not need to be bought separately.
Can graphics be printed over the whole arch?
Yes, the product allows 100% of the surface to be printed using UV printing, including the legs and the top beam. Full surface print is included as standard.
Can the graphics be changed between events?
Yes, we can optionally sew on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners and supply additional banners with advertising graphics. One structure then serves several sponsors or several editions of an event without replacing the whole arch.
How is the arch transported?
A transport bag is included, and the deflated arch packs into it together with the accessories. Once the air is released, the 300 g/m² polyester fabric folds down to a size that fits in a car boot.
Can the arch be used after dark?
Yes, LED lighting can be added to the arch as optional equipment. Lit from the inside, the print stays visible at the start and finish of evening events.
What does the warranty cover?
The manufacturer provides a full 24 month warranty on the finished product. It covers the workmanship of the arch delivered in a set with the fan, ropes, anchors and bag.
