Description

8 m inflatable tent on 5 legs

An inflatable tent with an outer diameter of 8 m, supported on 5 legs, each 1.1 m in diameter. The skin is sewn from polyester fabric with a PVC coating at 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. Air is maintained by a built-in fan, so the structure has no frame and no parts to assemble by hand.

The usable space between the legs measures 5.8 m in diameter with an internal height of 3.7 m. That is enough for a stand with a counter, a competitor registration area, a catering point or shelter for event staff.

Set-up, anchoring and transport

Setting up means unfolding the skin and starting the fan, which stays on for the whole time the tent is on display. Stabilisation is handled by the set of guy ropes and the set of ground anchors with a hammer, all included in the set.

On block paving, asphalt and indoors, where anchors cannot be driven in, sand or water ballast weights, concrete weights or steel weights can be ordered. The bag supplied with the tent holds the folded tent for transport and storage.

Print and lighting

The entire surface of the tent is printed using UV technology, covering the canopy and the legs. Side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards if the graphics are meant to work for people standing under the tent.

The tent comes with LED lighting and leg lighting. Stronger versions of both are available as options for evening events.

What is included?

The set contains the tent with a built-in fan, full UV print, a set of side walls, a set of guy ropes, a set of ground anchors, a hammer, a user manual and a transport bag. Pricing outside Poland is quoted on request.

Questions and answers

How much space does the tent take up when set up?

The tent needs a full 8 m of ground space, as that is its outer diameter, plus room for guy ropes and anchors. The inner diameter is 5.8 m – the difference comes from 5 legs, each 1.1 m in diameter, so plan the pitch around the 8 m footprint rather than the usable area.

What is the internal height of the tent?

The internal height is 3.7 m, and the height given in the specification is 2.2 m. Counters, roll-ups and display stands fit under the canopy without any adjustment.

Does the tent need a permanent power supply?

Yes – this is a fan blown inflatable tent, so the built-in fan must run for the whole time the tent is on display to keep the structure under pressure. The fan is part of the tent and is included in the set.

How is the tent fixed to the ground?

The tent is anchored to the ground using the set of guy ropes, the set of ground anchors and the hammer supplied with it. On hard surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional sand or water ballast weights, concrete weights and steel weights are available.

Are the side walls included?

Yes, a full set of side walls is included in the set. The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, which puts the graphics on show inside the tent.

How is the print applied?

The print is applied using UV technology over the entire surface of the tent. Printing covers the canopy and the legs, so the artwork can use the whole shape of the structure.

Can the tent be used in low temperatures and rain?

Yes – the tent is made from polyester materials resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures, with an additional PVC coating at 320 g/m². This makes it suitable for autumn and winter events and for use in rain.

How is the tent transported and stored?

The tent packs into the transport bag included in the set, which holds the deflated tent together with its accessories. Once the air is released, the structure folds into a single package – there is no frame and there are no poles.
