What is an event tent?
An event tent is a tent printed with your brand that serves as a sponsor zone, information point, chill-out area or back office at a festival, concert or fun day. Unlike a white marquee from a hire company, it belongs to the organiser or the brand: two people put it up in around 15 minutes, and the print keeps working for your image season after season.

Choosing an event tent – technology and size
Fan-inflated, when impact matters. A blower-driven tent allows larger and unusual forms, such as a 5-leg tent 8 m across with 3.7 m of headroom inside. It springs back after a gust of wind, and with LEDs inside and illuminated legs it glows after dark. It needs a 230 V socket for the whole event.
Sealed-air, when there is no power or it is expensive. In a festival field, on a beach or a ski slope, you inflate it once and disconnect the pump. It is silent, so it does not disturb a chill-out zone. A 6 × 6 m tent shelters about 24 people, a 5 × 5 m one about 16.
Pop-up, when the budget is tight or you need several identical points. A 3 × 3 to 3 × 6 m frame printed on the roof and walls – for a row of partner stands or a food area.
On hard ground (a market square, a car park, a promenade) ballast weights filled with water or sand, or concrete weights, are used instead of anchors.

A party tent for a wedding? Honestly, that is not what we do
Many people searching for a "party tent" or "party marquee" have in mind a large white marquee for a wedding, an 18th or a garden party with dozens of tables – usually hired for the weekend with installation. We are not a hire company and we do not put up marquees. In that case, a local marquee hire firm is the right choice.

Do you hire out party tents for weddings?
No. We do not run a hire service or install marquees for weddings and parties. We make branded event tents for sale to organisers, brands and companies that use them at many events.
How much does a branded event tent cost?
Outside Poland every tent is priced on request, including print and delivery to your country. Pop-up frame tents are the most affordable, large fan-inflated tents and the pavilion the most expensive. Send us your logo and we will reply within 24 hours with a quote and a visualisation.
Will an inflatable event tent withstand rain and wind?
Yes, the PVC-coated polyester skin is waterproof and UV-resistant, and the tent is secured with guy lines and anchors or ballast weights. In very strong wind the structure has to be taken down – like any temporary structure at an event.
Can an event tent light up at night?
Yes, LED lighting inside the tent is available as an option. On fan-inflated tents the legs can be lit too, so the whole structure glows in the colour of the print.
Can it be used as a concert tent over the stage?
Not as a stage roof carrying sound and lighting rigs. At a concert it works as a sponsor zone, merch point, dressing room or chill-out area. Over the audience, suspended advertising spheres or concert balloons work better.
How long does it take to get a tent ready for a festival?
Production takes 10 working days from approval of the visualisation, and you get a quote within 24 hours. Before festival season it is worth ordering a few weeks ahead so there is time to refine the artwork.
