About this category

What is a roll-up for?

A roll-up is the fastest way to put advertising where there is no room for a structure: a reception desk, beside a stand, next to a stage, in a conference corridor. One person sets it up in seconds, without tools and without fixing anything to the floor.

That same advantage is its limit: a roll-up stands on its own foot, so it will not hold outdoors in wind. It is indoor equipment.

Standard, premium or double-sided?

Standard is enough for one conference, or for a display that stays in one place for a season. Premium has a reinforced cassette and takes daily setting up better – it is the choice when the banner travels. Double-sided holds two prints in one cassette and makes sense where people pass on both sides.

Rule of thumb: if the roll-up stands still, take standard. If it travels, take premium.

Which width?

85 cm is the default and the most common – it fits any reception desk and any stand. 100 and 120 cm give more room for content when the print carries more than a logo and a line. 150 cm is already a substitute wall, used when the budget does not stretch to a full press wall.

Can the print be replaced?

Yes. For a new campaign you replace the cassette with the print and keep the base and pole. That is usually cheaper than buying a complete unit again, and over several campaigns a year the difference adds up.

Questions and answers

What is a roll-up?

A print rolled into an aluminium cassette that pulls upwards and hooks onto a pole. It stands on its own foot with no fixing to the floor and packs back into a bag.

Which widths are available?

85, 100, 120 and 150 cm, with a print height of 200 cm. The double-sided version comes in 85 and 100 cm.

Is a roll-up suitable for outdoor use?

No. It stands on its own foot without anchoring, so it blows over in wind. Outdoors, advertising flags on a pole with a weight work better.

How many people are needed?

One, a matter of seconds, no tools.

How does a premium roll-up differ from a standard one?

The cassette and the mechanism. Premium is heavier and takes frequent setting up better, so it is the choice when the banner travels. For a display that stays put, standard is enough.

How long does production take?

Ten working days from artwork approval. Production in Poland, free delivery within the country.
