The curved promo counter with topper is a folding promotional counter measuring 91 x 93 cm, with a 91 x 47 cm worktop and an additional sign above it. The frame is made of plastic, the worktop of plywood, and the graphics are UV printed.

It works as a contact point for visitors: a registration desk, a handout station, a counter for conversations and for signing documents. The curved front means the person standing behind the counter can reach both of its edges.

Materials and construction

The plywood worktop provides a rigid working surface that will hold a laptop, a card terminal or a leaflet stand. The plastic frame keeps the overall mass low – the set weighs 15 kg.

The graphic panel is UV printed at a resolution of up to 1440 dpi. At that resolution small elements stay legible: a website address, phone number, QR code or promotion terms text.

Set-up, transport and storage

The promo counter needs no power supply, no blower and no assembly tools – it unfolds mechanically and the graphic panel attaches around the perimeter of the frame. The topper is fitted above the worktop as a separate element.

A fabric carry bag is included. At 15 kg the packed counter is carried by one person, and the bag protects the panel from scratches between events.

Two graphic surfaces

The 91 x 93 cm counter front is the main advertising area, seen at eye level by passers-by. The topper lifts a second graphic above the worktop, so it stays visible even when people are standing at the counter.

A typical split is logo and company name on the topper, with the offer, slogan or contact details on the front. Artwork for both panels is prepared free of charge from the materials you send.

Where does this model work best?

The promo counter serves as a reception desk on trade fair stands, as a promotional activity point in shopping centres and as a delegate registration desk at conferences. It also works in permanent premises as a temporary information point.

Because the set is free-standing and needs no mains connection, it can be placed where there is no socket – in a tent, on a car park, in a hall or on a pedestrian street.
