Description

Structure and intended use

The Pavilion is a sealed air inflatable tent with external dimensions of 7x4 m and a height of 3 m, based on four inflated legs with a diameter of 0.22 m. There is no frame – rigidity comes from compressed air enclosed in an airtight polyurethane bladder, 300 g/m².

28 m² of covered area holds a registration desk, a sales point, a catering zone or an event back office. The set of side walls lets you close the space on every side or open up selected sides.

Materials and resistance

The outer skin is polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating, 320 g/m². The PVC coating is responsible for resistance to water and to operation in sub-zero temperatures.

The airtight bladder is a separate element from the skin – the bladder holds the pressure, while the skin carries the graphics and external loads. The product comes with a 24-month warranty.

Set-up, anchoring and inflation

The tent is inflated once with an electric or manual pump, selected when ordering, after which the pump is disconnected from the valve. A user manual is supplied with the set.

Guy ropes and ground anchors from the set are used for stabilisation. On block paving, asphalt or indoors, the anchors are replaced by optional ballast: sand or water bags, concrete weights or steel weights.

UV print and lighting

The entire surface of the tent is covered by full UV print – this includes the roof, the legs and the side walls. The graphics are applied to the polyester-PVC skin.

The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, which allows one message on the visitor side and another on the inside. Optional LED lighting keeps the print visible after dark.

The set includes the tent with the built-in airtight bladder, full UV print, a set of side walls, a set of guy ropes, a set of ground anchors, an electric or manual pump, a user manual and a transport bag. Pricing is quoted on request.

LED lighting, an extra pump and ballast – sand or water bags, concrete and steel weights – are ordered separately.

Questions and answers

What is the difference between a sealed air tent and a fan blown one?

A sealed air tent has a built-in airtight bladder that is inflated once and then disconnected from the pump – the blower does not have to run throughout the whole display. The structure is held up by compressed air enclosed in legs with a diameter of 0.22 m.

How much covered area does the Pavilion provide?

The external dimensions are 7x4 m, which gives 28 m² of covered area at a total height of 3 m. A full set of side walls is included, so the space can be closed off from the sides.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors for soft surfaces. On hard surfaces, where anchors cannot be driven into the ground, optional ballast is available: sand or water bags, concrete weights and steel weights.

Is the pump included?

Yes, an electric or manual pump is included in the set – you choose which one when ordering. Both items are also listed as optional equipment if a second or spare unit is needed.

How is the printing done and can the side walls be printed on both sides?

Printing is done by UV print across the full surface of the tent. The side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the graphics are also visible to people standing under the canopy.

Will the tent withstand rain and sub-zero temperatures?

The outer skin is made of polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating, 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. The internal airtight bladder is 300 g/m² polyurethane.

How is the tent transported after an event?

Once deflated, the tent packs into the included transport bag together with the walls, ropes and anchors. There is no tubular frame or rigid parts that would need separate packing.

Can the tent be lit up in the evening?

Yes, LED lighting mounted to the structure is available as optional equipment. The lighting also works in favour of the UV print, which stays legible after dark.

How long does the product hold air without topping up?

The air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a gentle top-up. For displays running longer than a week, plan a short pressure check, particularly when day and night temperatures differ widely.
