What is a market stall gazebo?
A market stall gazebo is a portable shelter for a selling point: it protects goods and stallholder at a market, a craft fair, a farmers' market or a promotion outside a shop. Most often it is a 3 × 3 m pop-up gazebo on a folding frame that goes up with no inflation and no power. With the roof and walls fully printed, it doubles as your shop sign.

Market stall gazebo 3x3, 3x6 or inflatable?
A 3 × 3 m pop-up gazebo is enough when sales are what counts. A market stall, regular trading at a weekly market, a school fair. A pop-up gazebo fits a standard 3 × 3 m pitch and goes up on a folding frame, with no power and no pump. Under the roof there is room for a table of goods and the stallholder.
3 × 4.5 or 3 × 6 m for a wider range. Two tables side by side, clothes rails, crates of vegetables, room for the till. The long side of the gazebo works as a sign – 6 m of print facing the aisle.
Inflatable, when the stand has to draw people in. A promotion, a store opening, a brand stand among dozens of white gazebos. A 4 × 4 m sealed-air tent stands out with its shape, stays up without power for about 7 days and fits in a car boot. The 7 × 4 m pavilion is a complete selling point with a counter and display. With a socket nearby, a fan-inflated tent is an option too.
On paving, tarmac and market square slabs the gazebo is held down with water, sand, concrete or steel weights – anchors are only useful on grass.

A cheap gazebo from a DIY store or a printed market stall gazebo?
A ready-made gazebo from a DIY store or an online marketplace costs less and is available straight away. It is a good choice if you simply need a roof over a table for a few events a year. It usually comes in a plain colour with no logo and a lighter skin that is not designed for brand printing.
A printed market stall gazebo is a different purchase. You pay for three things:
- Recognition. Logo, shop name and slogan on the roof and walls in full colour. Customers can see from afar whose stall it is, and regulars find you without searching.
- Material built for seasons. An aluminium frame and a skin of 320 g/m² PVC-coated polyester, resistant to water, UV and frost. UV or dye-sublimation print does not wash off in the first shower – we explain the differences in UV printing vs dye sublimation.
- Consistency. A chain gets identical gazebos at every location, and the warranty covers 24 months.
If you are buying your first gazebo for a market and are not sure outdoor trading will take off, start with a printed 3 × 3 m pop-up. You can add an inflatable tent once the stand also needs to do promotion.
A retail pavilion and stands for chains
When one stall is not enough, a 7 × 4 m retail pavilion (3 m high) takes a counter, a shelf of goods and several staff. Walls with a door or a window are added as needed, and the whole pavilion is inflated once and stands without power.

How to lay out a market stall under a gazebo
A gazebo is only the roof. A market stall sells when customers notice it from the aisle, stop and see straight away what they can buy and for how much. That is why it pays to place a few elements in the same colours around the gazebo:
- Open front, closed back – a printed back wall hides your stock, and side walls with a window shield the counter from wind and rain.
- A flag at the corner – an advertising flag with your logo rises above the roofs of neighbouring stalls. Choose the shape and base in the flag configurator.
- A roll-up with your offer – a roll-up banner with your price list or deal of the day stands by the entrance and takes no counter space.
- Something visible from the car park – at a large market or seasonal fair, a balloon or an air dancer leads customers straight to your stall.

How much does a printed 3x3 market stall gazebo cost?
Outside Poland we price every gazebo on request, including print and delivery to your country. The 3 × 3 m pop-up is the most affordable tent in our range, and the artwork is free. We prepare quotes for a series of gazebos for a chain within 24 hours.
Which market stall gazebo should I choose for a market?
For most markets a 3 × 3 m pop-up gazebo is enough, because that is often the size of the allocated pitch. For a wider range of goods, choose 3 × 4.5 or 3 × 6 m. Before ordering, check the pitch size with the organiser.
Can I order a single market stall gazebo with my logo?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity – we sew and print every gazebo to order. The same design can later be reordered for further selling points.
How does a pop-up gazebo differ from an inflatable tent?
A pop-up gazebo has a folding aluminium frame and goes up with no inflation. An inflatable tent has no frame – its shape is held by the inflated legs and roof, so it catches the eye more. Both can stand without power, the inflatable one in the sealed-air version.
Does a market stall gazebo have walls?
Yes. Pop-up gazebos 3 × 3, 3 × 4.5 and 3 × 6 m come with a roof and three printed walls, leaving the fourth side open to customers. On inflatable tents, solid walls or walls with a door or a window are added as needed.
How quickly will I get a printed market stall gazebo?
Production takes 10 working days from artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. Before the Christmas market season it is worth ordering a few days ahead.
What else do I need for a market stall besides the gazebo?
