What is an exhibition tent?

An exhibition tent is a portable company stand for outdoor shows and exhibitions: a fully branded roof under which the exhibitor displays products and talks to customers. In the inflatable version there is no frame – two people put up a 4 × 4 m tent in around 15 minutes, and the whole shape carries your logo.

At a glance

  • Sizes: 4 × 4, 5 × 5 and 6 × 6 m, a 7 × 4 m pavilion and 5-leg tents 6-8 m across.
  • Print: full colour on the roof, walls and legs, UV printing or dye sublimation.
  • Power: the sealed-air version stands without power for about 7 days – the whole show.
  • Transport: a 4 × 4 m tent fits in a car boot, complete with bag, pump, guy lines and anchors.
  • Lead time: 10 working days from artwork approval, even for a single tent.

Where exhibitors put up an exhibition tent

Agricultural and county shows

A stand for a fertiliser, seed or machinery supplier on the showground. No socket in reach, on grass, often for several days in a row.

Building and trade shows

A brand zone outside the hall or in the open-air area: a tent with a counter, a wall with your offer and room to talk to installers or architects.

Product display

A 7 × 4 m pavilion or a 6 × 6 m tent over a machine, a vehicle or material samples. The product stands in the shade and in your brand colours.

Exhibitions and field days

Field demonstrations, factory open days, outdoor exhibitions. The tent becomes a meeting point and the place where visitors leave their details.

Which exhibition tent should you choose?

Sealed-air for outdoor shows. On a showground, power is often far away and the organiser charges for each connection separately. A sealed-air tent is inflated once on the morning of day one and stands until the end of the show, with no blower humming while you talk to customers.

Fan-inflated, when the stand has a 230 V connection. A fan-inflated tent runs on a quiet blower and recovers its shape after a gust. It also allows large shapes: a 5-leg "star" 7 or 8 m across turns a small stand into a landmark of the show. The legs can be lit with LEDs for the evening part of the event.

Size to match the display. 4 × 4 m is enough for a counter, a wall with your offer and 2-3 staff. 5 × 5 m takes a meeting table. 6 × 6 m (4 m high) and the 7 × 4 m pavilion leave room for the product: a machine, a vehicle, samples. Add a strip for the guy lines to the tent size, so check the plot size in the show rules.

How to build an outdoor exhibition stand around a tent

The tent alone gives you a roof and recognition. Whether people stop depends on what stands under it and around it. A proven set for outdoor shows:

  • Promo counter – a promo counter with your logo on the front, where the first conversation happens and the brochures sit.
  • A wall with your offer – an exhibition wall or a roll-up at the back of the tent: products, key benefits, a QR code.
  • Flags at the entrance – advertising flags lead the eye from the aisle to your stand.
  • A landmark from afar – a 3-6 m inflatable balloon or an air dancer at the corner of the plot. On a big showground, that is what tells people where you are.

We design every element together, in the same colours and with the same logo, so the stand looks like one whole, not a collection of gadgets from different suppliers.

Your own exhibition tent or a hired stand?

A hired stand with a build costs you again at every show. Your own printed exhibition tent is a one-off purchase that travels to show after show: agricultural shows in spring, field days in summer, trade shows in autumn. The skin of 320 g/m² PVC-coated fabric is resistant to water, UV and frost, and the warranty covers 24 months.

Agencies and companies building stands for many exhibitors can buy in the partner area at trade prices. If the tent will also work at fetes and corporate events, see event tents, and for regular selling at markets – market stall gazebos. Food and drink exhibitors running tastings will find more on our page about catering gazebos.

Questions and answers

Shows and exhibitions – questions and answers

How much does a printed exhibition tent cost?

Outside Poland every tent is priced on request, including print and delivery to your country. The smallest inflatable tent is 4 × 4 m, and larger stands are built from a 6 × 6 m tent or the 7 × 4 m pavilion. The artwork is free, and we reply within 24 hours with a quote and a visualisation.

Will an exhibition tent last several days of a show without power?

Yes, if it is the sealed-air version. The airtight bladder holds air for about 7 days, so the tent is inflated once before the show opens. The fan-inflated version needs a constant 230 V supply for the whole show.

How do I secure the tent on concrete or paving at a show?

With ballast weights instead of anchors. On grass the tent is held by guy lines and the anchors in the kit, on hard ground by water, sand, concrete or steel weights. In very strong wind the tent has to be deflated and packed away.

Can a fan-inflated tent stand inside an exhibition hall?

Yes, if the hall height and the show rules allow it. Halls usually have power, so the fan-inflated version works well. Check the maximum stand height with the organiser beforehand – a 6 × 6 m tent is 4 m high.

How many people does it take to set up a stand with a tent?

One or two. An inflatable tent goes up in around 15 minutes with no tools and no frame, and the counter and wall assemble without tools in a few minutes. No installation crew needed.

How quickly will I get a tent for a show?

Production takes 10 working days from artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. We send a quote with a visualisation within 24 hours, so it is best to order as soon as your place at the show is confirmed.
