What the Airwall 10x5 m is
The Airwall is a fan blown inflatable advertising wall made of coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m², with an interchangeable mesh banner tensioned inside the frame. The internal frame dimension is 10x5 m and the tube forming the border has a diameter of 1.5 m. The structure holds its shape thanks to a fan built into the frame, which runs throughout the whole display time.
The 10x5 m size works as an arch or advertising wall that participants walk or ride through, or as a backdrop for a sponsor zone. The version with blockout fabric coated with micro rubber turns the same area into a projection screen.
What material is this model made of?
The frame and the skin are made of polyester fabric with an additional coating, with a weight of 300 g/m². The coating closes the structure of the fabric, which matters in a constant air construction working under permanent overpressure.
The mesh banner is interchangeable. The frame stays the same throughout its service life, and when the campaign, sponsor or season changes, only the printed centre panel is replaced.
Installation, power and transport
The fan is part of the frame, so setting up only requires a connection to mains power. Stability is provided by the ground stakes and guy ropes included in the set.
Once deflated, the whole structure packs into the transport bag supplied with the set. There are no rigid parts such as masts or a framework, so the transport volume does not depend on the 10 m span.
How do we print it?
The advertising mesh is printed using UV technology. Both the mesh banner inside the frame and the 1.5 m diameter frame itself can be printed, which gives two separate surfaces to divide between brands or messages.
With a 10x5 m format it is worth planning the mesh graphics for content read from a distance, and using the frame for logos seen close up as participants pass through.
Where does this model work best?
The 10x5 m format suits start finish arches for running and cycling events, sponsor walls at stadiums and entrance zones at festivals. Interchangeable mesh banners allow one frame to be used across a whole season of events.
The version with a blockout screen coated with micro rubber allows the structure to be used in the evening as a projection surface, for example for live broadcasts or video content in a fan zone.
