Description

How is this model built and what is it for?

The 6x6 sealed air tent is an inflatable canopy with an external size of 6x6 m and a height of 4 m, built around an airtight air bladder instead of a tube frame. Air is pumped in once, before setup, after which the valves are closed and the structure holds its shape with no blower connected.

With no device running during the event there is no noise and no need for permanent power at the setup point. The tent works as a start and finish zone, a spectator service point, a trade stand on open ground or a technical back-of-house area.

Materials and workmanship

The inside of the chambers is polyurethane with a weight of 300 g/m², which keeps the system airtight. The outer layer is polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating at 320 g/m² – this is the layer that carries the print and faces the weather.

The polyester materials used are resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures, so the tent can be used outside the summer season as well. The product comes with a 24-month warranty.

How do you set it up, anchor it and transport it?

Inflation is done with an electric or a manual pump, chosen when ordering and supplied with the set along with the user manual. Once inflated, the tent is positioned and stabilised with a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors.

On paving, asphalt and indoors, ballast weights replace the anchors: sand or water filled, concrete or steel, all available as options. After deflation the whole set fits into the transport bag included.

Print and wall configuration

Graphics are applied by UV print across the full surface of the tent, including the roof sections and the side walls. We prepare the graphic design at no extra charge.

Side walls are part of the set and can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the same artwork also works towards people under the tent. The walls can be removed when only the canopy is needed.

Expansion and optional equipment

The tent can be joined to further units with a connecting tunnel, forming a run of linked modules instead of separate standalone points. An additional canopy over the entrance is also available.

Optional equipment includes LED lighting for the interior after dark, a second pump and ballast weights in three versions: sand and water filled, concrete and steel.

What is the footprint of the 6x6 tent?

The tent has an external base of 6x6 m, which is 36 m² of ground area, with a total height of 4 m. That is enough space to fit a stand with a counter and a back-of-house area under the canopy, and the 4 m height leaves clearance above standing visitors.

Does the blower have to run the whole time?

No – this is a sealed air structure with a built-in airtight bladder that is inflated before setup and then closed off. The blower does not run during the event, so there is no noise and no continuous power draw.

Which pump comes with the tent?

The set includes an electric or a manual pump, selected when you place the order. Both versions are also available as extra equipment if you need a spare for a second set-up crew.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors for use on soil. On hard surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional ballast weights are used: sand or water filled, concrete or steel.

Can several tents be joined into one space?

Yes – a connecting tunnel is available for joining multiple tents. Several 6x6 m modules can be combined into one larger walk-through area with no need to step outside.

How is the print applied and is it visible from inside?

Graphics are applied by UV print across the full surface of the tent. The side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the logo or artwork is also readable for people standing under the canopy.

Will the tent handle rain and frost?

The tent is made of polyester materials resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures, with the outer layer additionally PVC coated. An extra canopy over the entrance adds protection against rainfall.

How do I transport and store the tent, and what warranty applies?

How long does the product hold air without topping up?
