Structure and use

The 3x4.5 m pop-up tent is a canopy on a 2 m high aluminium scissor frame, with a roof and walls made of PVC coated polyester fabric of 320 g/m². The frame opens by pulling the structure apart, with no profiles to bolt together.

The 13.5 m² footprint takes a service point with a counter, a registration desk or a back of house area for event staff. The set with three walls leaves one of the longer sides open.

Cover, window and print

The roof, walls and edging are made of the same material – PVC coated polyester of 320 g/m². The PVC coating stops water reaching the fibres of the fabric.

One wall has a PVC film window. Graphics are applied by UV printing, so both the roof panels and the full wall surfaces can be printed.

Stabilisation and transport

The tent is ballasted with 7.5 kg steel weights and 12 kg concrete weights, fitted at the frame legs. On hard surfaces, where pegging is not an option, sand bags work instead – single or double.

The aluminium frame folds into a narrow column and the cover is taken off separately. The complete set can therefore be moved in a passenger car with the seats folded down.

Scope of the set and extras

The set covers the frame, the printed roof, two shorter walls and one longer wall, and is quoted on request. The configuration can be extended with additional 7.5 kg steel weights and with sand bags.

The tent works as an information point, a sales stand, a back of house area at sports events and a canopy over a participant registration zone.

What exactly is included in the set?
