Description

How is this model built and what is it for?

The 4x4 inflatable tent is a canopy on four inflatable legs of 0.6 m diameter, made from PVC coated polyester fabric with a weight of 320 g/m². Pressure in the structure is maintained by a built-in blower that runs the whole time the tent is in use.

The outer footprint is 4x4 m and the space between the legs is 2.6 x 2.6 m, with an internal height of 2.5 m. This layout fits a service point with a counter, a table and several people working under the canopy.

Material and resistance

The PVC coating on polyester fabric protects the material against water, and the tent is suited to use in sub-zero temperatures as well. The same unit can therefore cover the summer season and winter events.

The product comes with a 24-month warranty.

Setting up and anchoring

Setting up means unfolding the tent, connecting the blower and tensioning the structure with guy ropes. The set of ropes, the anchors and the hammer are included, together with the user manual.

On block paving, asphalt and indoors, where anchors are not an option, optional ballast is used: sand or water bags, concrete weights or steel weights. The transport bag supplied with the set is used for carrying and storage.

UV print covers the entire surface of the tent, so the graphics can run across the roof and the legs. We prepare the artwork free of charge.

The set of side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards. This is useful when the tent acts as an enclosed area – a registration point, waiting area or back-of-house space – and the graphics are meant to reach the people inside.

Lighting

Leg lighting and LED lighting are available for the tent, both as optional equipment selected when ordering. Extra light matters at evening events and at indoor events in poorly lit halls.

Questions and answers

How much ground does the 4x4 tent take up and how much usable space does it give?

The tent occupies a 4x4 m square measured to the outer edge, with 2.6 x 2.6 m of usable space between the legs. The difference comes from the diameter of the inflatable legs, which is 0.6 m. The internal height of 2.5 m allows free movement under the roof.

Does the tent need topping up with air during an event?

No – the tent works as a fan blown, constant air structure, with the built-in blower connected throughout use to maintain pressure in the frame. The blower is included in the set.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes, a set of anchors and a hammer for driving the anchors into the ground. On surfaces where anchors cannot be used, optional ballast is available: sand or water bags, concrete weights and steel weights.

Is the print visible from inside the tent as well?

Yes – the side walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, which directs the graphics at people standing under the tent. As standard, the walls are clipped in with the print facing outwards.

Are side walls included in the set?

Yes, a full set of side walls is included. The delivery also contains guy ropes, anchors, a hammer, a user manual and a transport bag.

How is the tent transported?

Once the air is released, the tent packs into the transport bag supplied with the set. The whole structure is textile – there is no frame made of tubes or profiles.

Can the tent be lit?

Yes, leg lighting and LED lighting are available as options. Both are selected at the time of ordering as additional equipment.

What printing technique is used?

Printing is done with UV print across the entire surface of the tent, covering the roof and the legs. Artwork preparation is free of charge.

How much does the 4x4 inflatable tent cost?

Pricing outside Poland is quoted on request – send us your dimensions, print requirements and any options such as ballast or lighting, and we will prepare a quotation. The tent is supplied as a complete set with blower, side walls, guy ropes, anchors, hammer, manual and transport bag.
