Sealed air tent 5×5 for Moya
A tent with the legs printed red as well, in line with the brand guidelines.
What did ARIO make for Moya?
This project is a sealed air tent made for Moya, printed in the colours set out in the client’s brand guidelines. The model used here is Sealed Air Tent 5×5; you can order the same product with your own artwork in our shop. More models of this type are in the Sealed Air Tents category.
How does a sealed air tent work at shows and owners’ meets?
Dealers and importers put a sealed air tent where a customer meets the car for the first time: at test drives, trade fairs and owners’ meets. The structure in brand colours marks the zone from the other end of the car park, and after the event it goes back to the store room in a transport bag. Nothing is bolted, welded or built on site, so the same set travels the whole calendar for Moya.
At what kind of events is a sealed air tent used?
- multi-day fairs and shows — one inflation for the whole event
- premium stands, where the shape of the structure is part of the design
- indoor arenas and halls, where a cable across the floor is a problem
- events in the field with no power — mountains, beaches, race routes
- mobile meeting points that are carried to a new spot several times a day
What does a sealed air tent add to a brand’s presence?
The structure rests on inflated legs, each made of an air-tight bladder inside an outer skin of PVC-coated polyester, 300 g/m². The print covers the roof and every side wall, and the walls zip on and off, so with the walls removed the graphics stay on the roof. Stability comes from anchoring: ground stakes in soft ground, sandbags on hard surfaces. An air-tight inflatable tent takes wind, rain and snow through the whole season.
Worth knowing: two layers, two jobs
A leg of a sealed air tent is made of two layers. The inner bladder is air-tight and does nothing but hold the pressure; the outer skin of PVC-coated polyester carries the colour, the print and the resistance to scuffing. If the bladder ever loses its seal, only the bladder is replaced, not the tent: it is a serviceable part, not a structural one. That is why these tents are repaired rather than written off.
Which size and version should you order?
The range covers four-leg tents 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 m, five-leg tents in the same sizes and the six-leg Pavilion 7×4 m with six interchangeable walls. A 4×4 m tent is enough for a counter with two people serving; for a larger stand with visitors inside, 5×5 or 6×6 m works better. Options: interchangeable canopies, tunnels, LED lighting and weights. All models are in sealed air tents.
How do you order a sealed air tent with your own print?
