3x6 m pop-up tent – construction and purpose
The 3x6 m pop-up tent is an 18 m² canopy on a scissor-type aluminium frame, 2 m high. The roof, walls and trim are made of polyester fabric coated with PVC, 320 g/m². The set contains the frame, a printed roof, two shorter walls and one longer wall.
Three closed sides and one open side give the layout typical of a trading stand: sheltered storage at the back, an accessible front for customers. The skin includes a PVC film window.
Skin material and UV printing
The PVC-coated polyester fabric, 320 g/m², carries graphics printed in UV technology. The same material specification covers the roof, walls and trim, so print colours stay consistent across the whole structure.
The standard set comes with a printed roof. Graphic design is prepared free of charge on the basis of the materials supplied by the client, and the tent is quoted on request.
Set-up and stabilisation
The aluminium pop-up frame opens by pulling the structure apart – no parts to bolt together and no tools required. Once the frame is expanded, the roof goes on first, then the walls.
Legs are ballasted with items from the optional list: a 7.5 kg steel weight, a 12 kg concrete weight and single and double sand bags. Weights are the solution for hard surfaces where ground anchoring is not an option.
Where does this model work best?
The 3x6 m size takes a counter along the full length of one side together with storage space behind it. This layout is used at markets, trade fairs, community events, catering points and competitor registration areas.
The tent packs for transport once the frame is folded and the skin removed, so it can be moved between locations through the event season.

What exactly is included in the set?
The set includes the frame, a printed roof, two shorter walls and one longer wall. The fourth side stays open, which gives you a customer service front when trading. Weights and sand bags are selected separately from the optional equipment list, and pricing is quoted on request.
How is the tent secured to the ground?
The tent is stabilised with weights: a 7.5 kg steel weight, a 12 kg concrete weight and sand bags in single and double versions. Ballast lets you set the tent up on paving, asphalt and indoors, where pegs cannot be driven in. The number of weights is matched to the number of frame legs and to wind conditions.
What is the tent skin made of?
The roof, walls and trim are made of polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating, 320 g/m². The PVC coating is what makes the skin weatherproof. The same fabric carries the print.
What printing method is used?
Printing is done in UV technology. The standard set comes with a printed roof; the walls can also be printed once the scope of the project is agreed. Graphic design preparation is free of charge.
Do the walls have a window?
Yes, the skin includes a PVC film window. It brings light inside and keeps visual contact with the surroundings when the walls are closed.
How many people are needed to set up the 3x6 m tent?
Two people set up the 3x6 m tent comfortably. The pop-up structure opens by pulling the aluminium frame apart, with no tubes to connect and no bolts. With a size of 3x6 m and a height of 2 m, the skin is fitted onto the frame once it is expanded.
What is the 3x6 m tent most often used for?
