Description
What the Airwall 6x4 m is
The Airwall is a fan blown frame with an interchangeable advertising mesh covering an internal area of 6x4 m. The 1 m diameter frame tube is inflated by a fan built into the structure, so the inflatable advertising wall holds its shape without scaffolding, a rigid framework or parts assembled on site.
The 6x4 m format works as a start finish wall, a backdrop for a sponsor zone and a large advertising surface along the routes of running events, cycling races and motorsport events.
What material is it made of and how is it printed?
The structure is made of coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². Graphics are applied by UV printing, and the same method is used for the mesh and for the frame surface.
Printing the frame lets you split the messages: the main sponsor logo on the mesh, supporting brands on the tube. The mesh panels are interchangeable, so the frame stays the same when the graphic changes.
Projection version
Instead of the advertising mesh, the Airwall can be fitted with a surface made of blockout fabric coated with micro rubber. Blockout cuts off light passing through the plane, which in the 6x4 m format gives a projection screen for evening and outdoor events.
Setup, transport and set contents
The screen is set up by connecting the fan to a power supply and anchoring the structure with the ground stakes and guy ropes included in the set. On hard surfaces the ropes are attached to weights.
The set includes: the Airwall with the fan built into the frame, a transport bag, ground stakes, guy ropes, a user manual and a 24 month warranty. Once deflated, the whole structure packs into the bag.
Quotations are prepared on request, including versions with the projection surface and with printing on the frame.

Questions and answers
What are the dimensions of the Airwall screen?
The internal dimension, meaning the printed mesh area, is 6x4 m. The tube forming the frame has a diameter of 1 m, so the external footprint of the structure is correspondingly larger on each side.
How is the Airwall powered?
The structure is inflated by a fan built into the frame, which runs for the entire time the screen is on display. Mains power access is required at the installation site.
How is the screen anchored to the ground?
The set includes ground stakes and guy ropes used to stabilise the frame. Stakes are used on soil, while on hard surfaces the ropes are attached to weights or other anchoring points.
Can the graphics be changed?
Yes, the mesh panels in the Airwall are interchangeable, so one frame can be used with several graphics. This suits companies handling different sponsors or campaigns across consecutive seasons.
Can the frame itself be printed?
Yes, the frame can be printed across its whole surface, independently of the graphic on the mesh. Printing is done in UV technology.
Can the Airwall be used as a projection screen?
Yes, instead of the advertising mesh you can order a projection surface made of blockout fabric coated with micro rubber. Blockout does not let light through, which allows front projection without the image showing on the reverse side.
How is the structure transported and stored?
A transport bag is included in the set, and the folded screen is carried and stored in it. Once deflated, the 300 g/m² polyester fabric folds down to a package that fits inside the bag.
