Description

How is this model built and what is it for?

The 6 m advertising balloon with a belt is a fan blown inflatable structure with a built-in fan, sewn from PVC-coated polyester fabric with a weight of 320 g/m². The skin holds its shape thanks to the constant air pressure produced by the fan, so the balloon stays connected to the power supply throughout the display.

The belt version differs from a balloon without a band in that Velcro is sewn around the circumference of the sphere. This allows a separate advertising banner to be attached and removed without touching the print on the skin itself.

Printing and graphics changes

The surface of the balloon is printed in full using UV print. The graphics cover the entire circumference of the sphere, so the message is readable from every side of the display.

The Velcro banner works as a replaceable element. For the next campaign you only order a new advertising band, while the balloon body stays in use. Artwork is prepared free of charge.

Installation, stabilisation and lighting

The set includes guy ropes and ground anchors used to fix the balloon to the ground. On paving, asphalt or indoors, the anchors are replaced with ballast weights – available in sand or water, concrete and steel versions.

The balloon can also work after dark. LED lighting illuminates the skin from the inside and the dusk sensor switches it on automatically, with no action needed from staff.

Set contents, transport and warranty

The customer receives the balloon with a fan, full UV print, guy ropes, ground anchors, a user manual and a transport bag for carrying the folded skin and accessories. Quotations are prepared on request.

The product comes with a 24-month warranty and the courier shipment is insured. After-sales support is available following purchase.

Questions and answers

What does the "with a belt" version mean?

The belt is a Velcro-edged band running around the circumference of the balloon, onto which a separate advertising banner is fitted. When the campaign changes, you replace only the band, while the balloon body with its UV print stays the same.

Does the advertising balloon need a constant power supply?

Yes, this is a fan blown structure with a built-in fan that has to run for the whole time the balloon is on display. The fan maintains the pressure inside the skin and gives the balloon its shape.

How is a 6 m balloon anchored?

The balloon is stabilised with a set of guy ropes and ground anchors, both included in the set. On surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, ballast weights are used – available as an option in sand or water, concrete and steel versions.

How do the LED lighting and the dusk sensor work?

The LED lighting illuminates the balloon from the inside and the dusk sensor switches it on automatically as darkness falls. Both items are also available as optional equipment.

What print technology and coverage are used?

Printing is done in UV print across the full surface of the balloon. Artwork preparation is free of charge.

How is the balloon transported after dismantling?
