Construction and applications

The 5x5 sealed air tent is a pneumatic shelter 3.5 m high, in which the structure is carried by a built-in polyurethane air bladder with a weight of 300 g/m². The outer skin is PVC coated polyester fabric, 320 g/m². There is no metal frame here – the shape is held by compressed air enclosed in the chambers.

The tent works as a service point, brand zone, back-of-house area at sports events or a registration stand. The materials are resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures, so it can be used outside the summer season.

Inflation and power

The sealed air bladder is inflated once before setup, after which the valve is closed. Unlike constant air structures with a continuously running blower, the tent does not need to stay connected to power throughout use, which makes it easier to set up in locations without electricity.

You can choose an electric or a manual pump – one of them is included in the set, the other can be added as optional equipment.

Anchoring and optional equipment

The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a set of ground anchors for soil surfaces. On asphalt, paving or indoors, weights are used: sand or water bags, concrete or steel, available as an option.

The tent can be extended with an additional canopy, LED lighting and a connecting tunnel that links several tents into a single walk-through run.

Printing and graphics

Printing covers the full surface of the tent and is done using UV print. It also covers the full set of side walls.

The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the same graphics can be seen from inside the tent – useful for photos, interviews and photo zones.

The set comprises the tent with a built-in sealed air bladder, full UV print, a set of side walls, guy ropes, anchors, a pump, a user manual and a transport bag. Pricing is quoted on request.

What is the difference between a sealed air tent and a fan blown tent?

A sealed air tent has a built-in air bladder that is inflated once before setup and then closed with a valve, so it needs no blower and no power supply while in use. Inflation is done with an electric or manual pump, supplied with the set as your chosen option.

How much floor area does the 5x5 tent give?

The tent measures 5x5 m externally, which is 25 m² of footprint, with a total height of 3.5 m. If more space is needed, several tents can be joined with a connecting tunnel.

Are side walls included in the set?

Yes, a full set of side walls is included. The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, so the graphics also work inside the tent.

How is the tent anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a set of ground anchors intended for soil. On hard surfaces, optional weights are used: sand or water bags, concrete or steel.

Will the tent handle rain and frost?

The tent is made of polyester materials resistant to water and to sub-zero temperatures, and the outer layer is additionally PVC coated. An additional canopy is also available.

How is the printing done and what can be printed?

Printing is done using UV print across the full surface of the tent, including the side walls. We prepare the graphic design free of charge.

How is the tent transported and stored?

A transport bag is included with the set and holds the folded tent together with its accessories. Courier shipping is insured.

Can several tents be joined into one zone?

Yes, a connecting tunnel for joining multiple tents is available. It lets you combine several 5x5 m modules into a larger walk-through zone without stepping outside.

How long does the product hold air without topping up?

The air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a gentle top-up. For displays running longer than a week, plan a short pressure check, particularly when day and night temperatures differ widely.
