Description

Structure and purpose

A fan blown inflatable tent with an outer diameter of 7 m, supported on five legs of 0.9 m diameter each. The skin is made of polyester fabric with a PVC coating at 320 g/m², resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures. An internal height of 3.2 m allows a stand with a counter and vertical display to be set up under the roof.

The usable space under the roof measures 5.2 m in diameter. Five legs instead of four spread the load more evenly and give more anchoring points around the perimeter.

Power and air pressure

The tent has a built-in fan that inflates the structure and runs for the whole time the tent is on display. This means a power socket has to be available at the setup location – including when you use the optional leg lighting or LED lighting.

Setup and anchoring

The set includes guy ropes, anchors and a hammer, which covers installation on grass and soft ground. The instruction manual describes the order of unfolding and tensioning the guy lines.

On hard surfaces, where anchors are not an option, weights from the options list are used: sand or water, concrete or steel. A carry bag for transport and storage is part of the set.

Full UV print across the tent surface is included as standard, so the graphics can cover the roof and all five legs. We prepare the graphic design free of charge.

A full set of side walls is included. The walls can be clipped in with the print facing inwards, which lets them work as a backdrop inside the tent, for example for photos or customer service.

Where does this model work best?

A 7 m tent works as an information point, a registration area, a sponsor stand at a sports event or a back-of-house area for race organisers. Closable side walls let you screen off the interior during a break or when storing equipment.

Questions and answers

How much space does a 7 m diameter tent take up?

The outer diameter of the tent is 7 m, while the usable area under the roof is 5.2 m in diameter. The difference comes from the spacing of the five legs, each 0.9 m in diameter, which splay outwards beyond the roof outline.

What is the height inside the tent?

The internal height is 3.2 m, and the figure of 2.1 m refers to the lower point of the structure. At 3.2 m under the roof there is room for stands, roll-ups and a display counter.

Does the tent need a permanent power supply to stay up?

Yes – the tent has a built-in fan that has to run for the whole time the tent is on display in order to keep the structure under pressure. Power is also needed if you choose leg lighting or LED lighting.

What exactly is included in the set?

The set includes the tent with a built-in fan, a full set of side walls, a set of guy ropes, a set of anchors, a hammer, an instruction manual and a transport bag. Full UV print across the whole surface is included as standard, and pricing is available on request.

How is the tent secured on hard ground where anchors cannot be driven in?

On block paving, asphalt or indoors you use the weights available as optional equipment: sand or water weights, concrete or steel. The anchors and hammer supplied in the set are intended for grass and soft ground.

Can the side walls be fitted with the print facing inwards?

Yes – the structure allows the walls to be clipped in with the print facing inwards. The same wall can then serve as a photo backdrop inside the tent or as a display element seen from outside.

Will the tent stand up to rain and sub-zero temperatures?

The tent is made of polyester materials resistant to water and sub-zero temperatures, PVC coated at 320 g/m². The product carries a 24-month warranty.

How is the artwork prepared for printing?

The entire surface of the tent is covered with UV print and we prepare the graphic design free of charge. The print covers the roof, the legs and the side walls included in the set.
