Description

Construction and material

A 4 m diameter advertising sphere in a double-skin construction. The outer skin is made of polyurethane fabric with a weight of 200 g/m² and carries the print, while the inner layer holds the gas.

The sphere can be filled with helium or air. With helium the capacity is 33.5 m³ – the figure used to plan the purchase or rental of cylinders.

How do we print it?

Printing is done using the UV method and covers all panels of the sphere. 100% surface coverage is possible, so the artwork does not have to be limited to single fields – it can run continuously across the whole sphere.

Full surface print is part of the set, not an extra charge on top of the product.

Mounting and inflation

The mounting ropes are woven in at the production stage, so the anchoring points are distributed evenly across the skin. The main anchoring rope included in the set is used for stabilisation.

The air version is inflated with a manual or electric pump from the optional equipment list. For helium, the hose with a filling nozzle included in the set is used.

Optional extras

Strong LED lighting and suspension brackets can be ordered with the sphere. The brackets are useful when mounting under hall ceilings, stage structures and canopies.

The product is covered by a 24-month warranty. The repair kit allows minor skin damage to be fixed between events.

How long does the product hold air without topping up?

The air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a gentle top-up. For displays running longer than a week, plan a short pressure check, particularly when day and night temperatures differ widely.
