Sealed air advertising sphere for Lotto
Sealed air advertising sphere for Lotto: a full-colour print in the brand’s own colours, made by ARIO in Poland.
What did ARIO make for Lotto?
For Lotto we sewed and printed a sealed air advertising sphere — the entire job done in our own factory in Poland. We match the size and the version to the site — every model we make is listed in the Sealed Air Advertising Spheres category.
How does a sealed air advertising sphere work in brand promotion?
Manufacturers and retail chains choose a sealed air advertising sphere on a simple calculation: one structure, dozens of appearances in a season, no assembly costs and no hire charges. A UV print keeps the colours inside the brand guidelines, and after the event the whole thing packs into a car boot. Nothing has to be hired, built or disposed of afterwards, which is the practical argument for Lotto.
At what kind of events is a sealed air advertising sphere used?
- sports events — spheres marking the route and the sponsor zone
- lakes, marinas and pools — a sphere that works on water with no power supply
- seasonal and Christmas decoration — a shape that needs nobody to attend it
- seaside resorts and holiday areas — a company marker read from the beach
What does a sealed air advertising sphere add to a brand’s presence?
We make spheres in three print versions: single-skin with a partial print on a white ground (1.8–4 m across), single-skin with a print on every panel (1.8–4 m) and double-skin with the whole surface printed (3.5–6 m). The bigger the sphere, the more it depends on anchoring, and a full set of lines and anchors comes with every one. The version decides how much of the surface carries the graphic and how much of it stays white.
Worth knowing: where the three print versions come from
A single-skin sphere has one layer of fabric, white as standard; the print goes on it either partially or on every panel, and the white stays as the background. A double-skin sphere has an inner layer that holds the air and an outer layer that carries the graphic, which is why only that version can be printed across the whole surface. The difference is most obvious with dark brand colours, where a white ground would otherwise cut the shape into pieces.
How do you choose the right a sealed air advertising sphere for your own event?
The diameter follows the distance the sphere has to be seen from: 1.8–2.5 m works above a stand, 3–4 m above a zone, and 5–6 m as the landmark of a whole site. A print covering the entire surface is possible only on the double-skin version; on a single skin the white ground stays part of the design. Where you need height and a blower-held shape instead, an advertising balloon is the answer.
