2.5 m white advertising sphere – construction and use

The ARIO single-skin advertising sphere with a diameter of 2.5 m is a balloon sewn from smooth white polyurethane fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and filled with air. Its volume is 8.2 m³, and a transparent version can be made on request.

The sphere marks locations indoors and outdoors: at a start area, on a stage, beside an exhibition stand or in a shop window. It stands on the ground or hangs on brackets. This size is not intended for helium – single-skin spheres float from 3 m in diameter.

Material and workmanship

The skin is white polyurethane fabric of 300 g/m², sewn from panels that form the spherical shape. The mounting rope harness is tied during production, so nothing has to be assembled on site.

Minor punctures in the skin are repaired with the included repair kit. The finished product carries a 24-month warranty.

How do you brand a white sphere?

The single-skin sphere is not printed. Branding is added with a logo sticker transferred from transport film onto the white skin, and the sticker is quoted individually. Many clients keep the sphere plain white, as a clean scenography element that matches any colour scheme.

When the project calls for full-colour graphics over the entire surface, we recommend a double-skin sphere, whose outer skin is UV printed.

Inflation, installation and transport

Two pump options are available: hand and electric. On the ground, the main anchoring rope from the set is tied to sandbags or ballast weights, which keeps the sphere in place outdoors.

Optional suspension brackets allow the sphere to be hung under a truss or a hall ceiling. Once folded, the sphere fits into the included transport bag, and the user manual describes the order of steps for setting up and packing.

LED lighting

An optional LED module installed inside the sphere lights the white skin evenly from within. The sphere then works as a large glowing lantern at evening events and in dim halls.
