Description
1.8 m white advertising sphere – construction and purpose
The single-skin advertising sphere is a balloon 1.8 m in diameter, sewn from smooth white polyurethane fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and filled with air. Its volume is 2.6 m³. A transparent version is available on request.
The construction includes a net of mounting ropes braided into the skin during production and a main anchoring rope. At this size the sphere is built for air: it stands on the ground or hangs from a ceiling, a truss or a stage structure. Single-skin spheres float on helium from 3 m in diameter.
White skin and logo sticker branding
The single-skin sphere is supplied without print. Its clean white surface reads as a bright, neutral accent in any interior and works as an even diffuser for LED lighting placed inside.
To add your brand, we apply a logo sticker transferred from transport film onto the white skin. The sticker is quoted individually. If the design needs full-colour graphics over the whole surface, the double-skin sphere with UV print is the right choice.
Inflation, mounting and optional equipment
The sphere is inflated with a hand pump or an electric pump – both available as optional equipment, along with hanging brackets and strong LED lighting. The sealed skin holds air for about 7 days before it needs a gentle top-up.
Hanging brackets allow the sphere to be suspended from a hall ceiling, a stage structure or a truss. When it stands on the ground, the anchoring rope is tied to sandbags or ballast weights so that a draught or a gust of wind cannot move it.
Applications and transport
The 1.8 m sphere works at trade fairs, conferences, showrooms and sports halls – as a white design element on the floor or suspended above the exhibition area.
Once deflated, everything fits into the transport bag supplied with the set, together with the ropes, the user manual and the repair kit for minor damage. The product is covered by a 24-month warranty, and the same unit can be reused at many events.

Can the 1.8 m sphere be filled with helium?
No. The 1.8 m single-skin sphere is designed for air: it stands on the ground or is suspended. Single-skin spheres float on helium from 3 m in diameter, so for a floating display choose the 3 m, 3.5 m or 4 m model.
Is the single-skin sphere printed?
No. The single-skin sphere is made of smooth white polyurethane fabric and is supplied without print; a transparent version is available on request. If you need full-colour graphics over the whole surface, choose a double-skin sphere, whose outer skin carries UV print.
How can I put my logo on the 1.8 m sphere?
Branding is added as a logo sticker transferred from transport film onto the white skin. The sticker is quoted individually, so send us your logo together with the sphere size and we will prepare a quote.
How is the sphere anchored?

Yes, strong LED lighting can be added as optional equipment. The white skin spreads the light evenly, so the sphere glows like a lantern after dark. Lighting is not part of the standard set.
How do you transport a 1.8 m sphere?
Once deflated, the sphere folds into the transport bag supplied with the set. The 300 g/m² polyurethane fabric rolls up together with the rope net, so the boot of a passenger car is enough to move it.
What should I do if the skin gets damaged?
Every sphere comes with a repair kit for sealing minor abrasions and punctures in the skin on site. The product is covered by a full 24-month warranty.
