What the 3.5 m white advertising sphere is

The 3.5 m single-skin advertising sphere is an inflatable skin sewn from smooth white polyurethane fabric with a weight of 300 g/m², designed for filling with air or helium. When filled with helium, gas demand is 22.4 m³. A transparent version is available on request.

With air it stands or hangs at a set point; with helium it floats above the site on its anchor lines. At 3.5 m the white sphere is visible from a long distance, both in daylight and, with LED lighting, after dark.

Material and skin construction

The skin is made of 300 g/m² white polyurethane fabric, sewn from panels forming a sphere 3.5 m in diameter. The rigging rope network is woven in during production rather than attached after the skin is sewn, so the load is spread across the whole structure.

A repair kit for minor fabric damage is supplied with the set. The product is covered by a 24-month warranty.

Branding: white skin with a logo sticker

The single-skin sphere is supplied without print. Branding is added with a logo sticker transferred from transport film onto the white skin, quoted individually. A clean white sphere with a single, well-placed logo often reads better from a distance than a busy design.

If you need full-colour graphics wrapping the whole sphere, choose a double-skin sphere: its outer skin carries UV print over the entire surface.

Rigging, inflation and optional equipment

With air, the sphere is inflated with an electric or hand pump – both available as optional equipment – and stands on the ground secured with sandbags or ballast weights. On helium, it is tethered with lines to heavy elements of the surroundings or to permanently fixed architecture; sandbags and weights are not used for a floating sphere.

As an option the sphere can be fitted with suspension fittings, allowing it to hang from a hall or stage structure, and with LED lighting for use after dark.

What is in the set and how is it transported?

The sphere is delivered with a user manual, a repair kit and a transport bag that holds the folded skin together with the accessories. Courier shipping is insured.

After each use the sphere is packed back into the bag, so the same unit can be reused at further events, trade fairs and outdoor shows.
