Description
What a 3 m white advertising sphere is
A single-skin advertising sphere is a spherical balloon 3 m in diameter, sewn from smooth white 300 g/m² polyurethane fabric and filled with air or helium. The helium version holds 14.1 m³ of gas and floats on its anchor lines, while the air version stands on the ground or is suspended.
The 3 m size is the smallest single-skin sphere that can be flown on helium. A transparent version is available on request. Quotations are prepared on request.
Material and branding
The skin is made of 300 g/m² white polyurethane fabric, cut into panels and sewn into a sphere. The single-skin sphere is supplied without print: its plain white surface stays bright in daylight and glows evenly with LED lighting inside.
Your brand is added with a logo sticker transferred from transport film onto the white skin, quoted individually. For full-colour graphics over the entire surface, choose a double-skin sphere with UV print.
Mounting, anchoring and accessories
The braid of mounting lines is tied during production, so the anchoring points are distributed evenly across the skin. A main anchoring line is included in the set.
On helium, the sphere is tethered with lines to heavy elements of the surroundings or to permanently fixed architecture – not to sandbags or ballast weights. An air-filled sphere standing on the ground is secured with sandbags or weights. Air filling is done with a manual or an electric pump, both available as optional equipment, as are hanging brackets and LED lighting.
Set contents and everyday use
The complete set includes the white sphere, a braid of mounting lines, an anchoring line, a user manual, a repair kit and a transport bag. Once deflated, the sphere fits into the bag, so it can be moved between locations.
The repair kit is used to fix minor abrasions and punctures of the skin without outside help. The finished product comes with a 24-month warranty.
Where does this model work best?
The 3 m sphere works as a zone marker at outdoor events, a landmark on running and race courses and a scenography element at trade fairs. The helium version floats above the site, while the air version with hanging brackets is used in halls and tents.
The same sphere can be used indoors and outdoors, because only the method of inflation and mounting changes, not the skin itself.

A 3 m diameter sphere holds 14.1 m³ of helium in the floating version. That is the gas volume to plan for if the sphere is to be flown on a tether. Alternatively, the sphere can be filled with air using a manual or electric pump.
What is the difference between air filling and helium filling?
A helium filled sphere floats on its anchor lines, while an air filled sphere stays on the ground or is suspended. The air version is inflated with a manual or an electric pump, both available as optional equipment. The helium version requires 14.1 m³ of gas.
