4 m white advertising sphere – construction and purpose

The single-skin advertising sphere is a spherical balloon 4 m in diameter, sewn from smooth white polyurethane fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and filled with air or helium. Filled with helium it holds 33.5 m³, which allows the sphere to be displayed in the air above an event site.

It is the largest model in the single-skin range: a white form several metres across that stands out against the sky, a stage or a hall interior. A transparent version is available on request, and pricing is available on request.

Material and branding

The skin is white polyurethane fabric of 300 g/m², sewn from panels that form the spherical shape. The sphere is supplied without print; branding is added with a logo sticker transferred from transport film, quoted individually.

For full-colour graphics running around the whole circumference, choose a double-skin sphere: its outer skin is UV printed over the entire surface, and double-skin spheres float on helium from 4.5 m in diameter.

Rigging, anchoring and air supply

The rigging rope harness is tied to the sphere during production, and a main anchor rope is included in the set. On helium, the sphere is tethered with lines to heavy elements of the surroundings or to permanently fixed architecture – sandbags and ballast weights are not used for a floating sphere. Standing on the ground, the air version is secured with sandbags or ballast weights, while optional suspension brackets are used to hang the sphere.

An electric or hand pump can be added for air filling. Neither version needs a permanent power supply: the sealed skin holds air for about 7 days before a gentle top-up.

Set contents, transport and warranty

Besides the sphere itself and the rigging, the set includes a user manual, a repair kit and a transport bag in which the folded skin travels to the next event. The repair kit lets you deal with minor abrasions without sending the sphere back to the manufacturer.

The finished product is covered by a 24 month warranty, and courier shipment is insured.

Where does this model work best?

The 4 m sphere is used to mark out zones at mass events, sports competitions and outdoor festivals, where it has to be visible from a distance. In the helium version it floats above the site; in the air version it stands on the ground or hangs inside a hall.

Optional LED lighting makes the white skin glow evenly and extends use into the evening, for example during concerts and outdoor events after dark.
