Description

4 m advertising sphere – construction and purpose

The advertising sphere is a spherical balloon 4 m in diameter, sewn from polyurethane fabric with a weight of 200 g/m² and filled with air or helium. Filled with helium it holds 33.5 m³, which allows the sphere to be displayed in the air above an event site.

The product is delivered with the full surface printed, so it works as a graphics carrier several metres across. Pricing is available on request.

What material is it made of and how is it printed?

The skin is polyurethane fabric of 200 g/m², sewn from panels that form the spherical shape. Printing is done using the UV method and can cover all panels, so the graphics run around the full circumference with no blank areas.

Artwork is prepared free of charge on the basis of the files supplied by the customer.

Rigging, anchoring and air supply

The rigging rope harness is tied to the sphere during production, and a main anchor rope is included in the set. The ground version relies on anchoring to the surface or on ballast weights, while optional suspension brackets are used to hang the sphere.

An electric or hand pump can be added for air filling. The helium version requires no permanent power supply, while the air version runs with a blower.

Set contents, transport and warranty

Besides the sphere itself and the rigging, the set includes a user manual, a repair kit and a transport bag in which the folded skin travels to the next event. The repair kit lets you deal with minor abrasions without sending the sphere back to the manufacturer.

The finished product is covered by a 24 month warranty, and courier shipment is insured.

Where does this model work best?

The 4 m sphere is used to mark out zones at mass events, sports competitions and outdoor festivals, where it has to be visible from a distance. In the helium version it floats above the site; in the air version it stands on the ground or hangs inside a hall.

Optional LED lighting extends use into the evening, for example during concerts and outdoor events after dark.

Artwork preparation is free of charge. The graphics are then UV printed on the panels of the 200 g/m² polyurethane skin.

How much does the 4 m advertising sphere cost?

How long does the product hold air without topping up?
