What the 2 m advertising sphere is

The advertising sphere is an inflatable spherical form with a diameter of 2 m, sewn from polyurethane fabric with a weight of 200 g/m² and printed using UV technology. It is filled with air or helium – the helium capacity is 4,2 m³.

The air version works when placed on the ground or suspended from a fixed point, while the helium version lifts the sphere above the event area on an anchoring rope.

What material is this model made of?

The skin is made of 200 g/m² polyurethane fabric, sewn from panels that form the spherical shape. The network of mounting ropes is woven into the construction during production, so the load from the anchoring rope is spread across the whole skin instead of a single seam point.

The product is covered by a 24 month warranty. If the skin is punctured in the field, the included repair kit is used.

How do we print it?

Graphics are applied by UV printing on all panels, so the entire surface of the sphere can be printed – the logo is visible from every side. Artwork preparation on our side is free of charge.

Setup, power supply and transport

The basic set contains the main anchoring rope and a user manual. Ordered separately are the hand or electric pump for the air version and suspension brackets, if the sphere is to hang under a hall structure or a stage.

For use after dark, optional LED lighting mounted inside the sphere is available. After use, everything fits into the transport bag included in the set. Pricing is prepared on request.

Is the sphere filled with helium or air?

The advertising sphere works with both – air and helium. The helium capacity is 4,2 m³, which is the amount of gas needed to fill the 2 m diameter sphere. For air filling, an optional hand or electric pump is available.

How is the sphere anchored in place?

The advertising sphere has a woven-in network of mounting ropes, fitted during production, plus a main anchoring rope included in the set. Suspension brackets can be ordered as an option if the sphere is to hang above the event space instead of standing on an anchor.

How much of the surface can be printed?

The print covers all panels, which means the entire surface of the sphere. Graphics are applied using UV printing, and artwork preparation is free of charge.

Can the sphere be lit after dark?

Yes, strong LED lighting mounted to the sphere is available as an option. It is not part of the basic set and is ordered separately.

What exactly is included in the standard set?

How is a 2 m diameter sphere transported?

Once deflated, the advertising sphere folds into the transport bag included in the set. The 200 g/m² polyurethane fabric has no rigid frame, so the whole construction rolls up into a single package. Courier shipping is insured.

What should I do if the skin gets punctured?

Every sphere comes with a repair kit that lets you patch damage to the skin on site. The product is also covered by a 24 month warranty and after-sales support.

Do I need separate equipment for inflation?

The air version needs a pump – hand or electric, both available as optional equipment. The helium version is filled from a cylinder, counting 4,2 m³ of gas.

How long does the product hold air without topping up?

The air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a gentle top-up. For displays running longer than a week, plan a short pressure check, particularly when day and night temperatures differ widely.
