What is a printed tablecloth?

A printed tablecloth is a fabric cover with your print that turns an ordinary trade show table into a branded stand. The version for a 120 cm table measures 265 x 225 cm: on a table about 74 cm high it drops 73 cm at each end, all the way to the floor.

The printed tablecloth hides the table legs and everything underneath – boxes, bags, cables – so the stand looks tidy all day.

3-sided or 4-sided tablecloth – which should you choose?

A 3-sided tablecloth has a short back: it reaches the floor at the front and sides, and ends at the table top on the staff side, so the person behind the table can sit with their legs under it and reach supplies.

Rule of thumb: table against the back wall of the stand – 3 sides. Free-standing table visible from every side – 4 sides.

What material is the printed tablecloth made of?

The printed tablecloth is made of 200 g polyester with UV-resistant digital print. It is machine washable at a low temperature, so a coffee stain does not mean ordering a new one. On request we make a version with a B1 fire certificate.

What size tablecloth fits which table?

The standard tablecloth sizes match the table length:

  • 120 cm table – 265 x 225 cm tablecloth
  • 150 cm table – 295 x 225 cm tablecloth
  • 180 cm table – 325 x 225 cm tablecloth
  • other shapes or sizes – made to order

Which table does a 265 x 225 cm tablecloth fit?

A table 120 cm long, about 75 cm wide and about 74 cm high – a typical folding table. If you choose the 180 cm version, it fits our 180 cm folding table.

Can the tablecloth be washed?

Yes, in a washing machine at a low temperature. The digital print on 200 g polyester does not wash out and is UV-resistant.

How is a tablecloth different from a stretch table cover?

A tablecloth drapes loosely in folds and fits tables of different brands. A stretch table cover is made for a specific table and fits it tightly – no folds, but only on that model.

Can the tablecloth be made in a different size?

Yes, we make tablecloths in any shape and size as a custom order – send the table top dimensions and table height with your enquiry.

How long does production take and how is the price set?

Production takes 10 working days from approval of the artwork, which we design free of charge. The price, including print and delivery to your country, is quoted individually.
