Pneumatic arch with a 3D element – Beskidnik trail run
A start-finish arch with a 3D hand built into the span, at the finish of the Beskidnik trail run in Poland. Made by ARIO.
The organiser of a mountain run needed an arch that works both as a finish line and as a backdrop for photos. Instead of a flat span we designed a structure with a 3D figure: a hand reaching over the route, visible from anywhere in the clearing.
What we built
A pneumatic arch with UV print across the whole surface, partner logos on both legs and a three-dimensional element above the span. The print also covers the lower sections of the legs, which usually stay blank on banner-based arches.
Why pneumatic
The run lasts one day: the arch goes up in the morning and disappears in the evening. A blower-driven structure sets up in about fifteen minutes and packs into a single bag.
