Description

How is this model built and what is it for?

This fan blown inflatable arch with angled corner supports has a 10x5 m clear opening and is made of coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². It holds its shape through constant air from the built-in fan, and the angled sections between the legs and the top beam spread the loads across the corners.

With external dimensions of 13.4 x 6.7 m and legs 1.5 m in diameter, the arch covers wide start and finish zones as well as entrances to event grounds. Pricing is available on request.

Power supply and setup

The fan is integrated into the arch, so setup comes down to unfolding the skin, connecting the power and anchoring the structure. The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors.

On paving, asphalt or indoors, where anchoring is not an option, the optional stabilising skids do the job – the arch then stands on its own. A transport and storage bag is part of the set.

Print and interchangeable graphics

Graphics are UV printed across the entire surface of the arch, including the legs, the top beam and the angled sections. Full surface print is part of the standard set.

An alternative to direct print is hook and loop tape sewn onto the structure for interchangeable banners. This lets one arch serve consecutive editions of an event or changing sponsors without replacing the whole structure.

What can you add to the set?

LED lighting illuminates the skin after dark, which matters for night runs, festivals and events that continue after sunset. A 3D element mounted on the top beam places a three-dimensional shape above the arch, for example the shape of a product or a logo.

Stabilising skids, lighting and the 3D element are selected independently of each other, depending on the ground surface and the time of the event.

Warranty

The arch comes with a full 24-month warranty on the finished product. It covers the structure as delivered, complete with fan, guy ropes, anchors and transport bag.

What is the actual size of the arch once inflated?

The clear opening of the arch – the space runners and vehicles pass through – is 10x5 m, while the external footprint of the whole structure is 13.4 m wide and 6.7 m high. When planning the setup area, work with the external dimension, because each leg is 1.5 m in diameter.

Does the inflatable arch need a separate blower?

No, the fan is built into the arch itself. It runs quietly, so the arch can stand close to the start zone, the stage or the commentary position.

How is the arch anchored to the ground?

A set of guy ropes and a set of ground anchors are included with the arch. For surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional stabilising skids are available, and the arch then stands on its own.

How is the print applied to the arch?

Graphics are UV printed, with the option to cover 100% of the arch surface. Full surface print is part of the standard set.

Can the graphics be changed between events?

Yes, the arch can be fitted with sewn-on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners. Additional printed banners are ordered separately, so one structure can serve several sponsors or several editions of an event.

What does the warranty cover and what else is in the set?

Can the arch be used after dark?
