How much does inflatable advertising cost? Prices for balloons, tents, arches and air dancers
Below we have collected the "from" prices from all product pages of ARIO inflatable advertising: balloons, tents, arches, air dancers, columns, spheres and screens. We also show what is included in the price, what costs extra and what determines the final amount. The prices apply to orders delivered outside Poland: they are net prices (excl. VAT) in US dollars, rounded, as of 3 November 2026.
How much do the different types of inflatable advertising cost?
The price depends mainly on the type and size of the product. The cheapest are columns, small spheres and 3 m balloons, and the most expensive are large balloons, Airwall screens and 6 m figures.

What is included in the price of inflatable advertising?
Every product price includes full print, graphic design, standard equipment and delivery within Poland. You do not pay separately for the artwork or for shipping.
Two product pages as an example:
- The 4x4 inflatable tent at $1,260 net comes with a blower built into the tent, full UV print on the roof and legs, guy ropes, stakes, a mallet, a transport bag and a 24-month warranty.
- The 6 m waisted advertising balloon at $2,850 net comes with a blower, UV print over the entire surface, an interchangeable hook-and-loop advertising band, ropes, stakes and a transport bag.
In addition, with every order:
- we prepare the graphic design free of charge, with revisions until you are satisfied,
- we state the cost of delivery abroad in the quote, depending on the country and the parcel size,
- inflatable products come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
What costs extra?
You only pay extra for optional equipment that you select on the product page. Add-on prices are fixed:

Example: a 4x4 inflatable tent with two printed walls and four weights costs $1,260 + 2 × $250 + 4 × $29 = $1,876 net. We cover choosing weights for different ground surfaces in a separate guide.

What affects the price of inflatable advertising?
Four things affect the price: size, technology, shape and equipment. Printing does not change the price, because full colour over the entire surface is standard.
Size
Each larger size means more fabric and more print. A waisted balloon costs $930 net in the 3 m version and $2,850 net in the 6 m version. An inflatable tent goes from $1,260 (4x4 m) to $2,370 net (6x6 m).
Technology: sealed-air or blower-driven?
A sealed-air structure costs more than a blower-driven inflatable of the same size. It has an airtight polyurethane bladder hidden under the printed shell. A 4x4 sealed air tent costs $1,570 net, and a 4x4 inflatable tent $1,260 net. In return, the sealed air tent is inflated once and stands for about 7 days without power, while the inflatable tent needs a 230 V socket for the whole time it is on display. Shape and form
The same size in a different shape comes at a different price. A rectangular 10x5 m inflatable arch costs $3,470 net, and the curved version $3,550 net. Among 10 m balloons, the ball is the most expensive ($9,680 net), while a waisted balloon of the same height costs $7,730 net.
Tents, arches and balloons are UV printed over the entire surface, included in the product price. Flags and air dancers made of spinnaker fabric are printed by sublimation. We explain the difference in the guide UV printing or sublimation. The exception is single-layer white spheres: they come unprinted, and the logo is applied with a vinyl sticker.
How much does an event set cost?
A typical set for a race or a community festival is an arch, a tent and a balloon or column. Based on net prices for orders from abroad:
- Race set: 5x3 m rectangular inflatable arch ($1,450) + 4x4 inflatable tent ($1,260) + 3 m column ($600) = $3,310 net.
- Town festival set: 5x5 sealed air tent ($2,390) + 4 m waisted balloon ($1,420) = $3,810 net.
- Shopfront set: 4 m air dancer ($980) + 2 m column ($550) = $1,530 net.

How do payment and international delivery work?
Payment is by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, 100% of the order value before production starts. Production takes 10 working days from design approval and payment clearance, after which we ship the order by courier or freight forwarder to your country. We state the delivery cost and time in the quote.
Should you buy or rent inflatable advertising?
ARIO manufactures inflatable advertising to order and sells it printed for a specific client. When you buy, the product stays with you for future events, and with a waisted balloon you only swap the hook-and-loop advertising band for a new campaign, without replacing the whole shell.

Questions and answers
What is the cheapest inflatable advertising?
At ARIO, the cheapest options are a 2 m inflatable column with blower and a 1.8 m single-layer white sphere, both from $550 net. Among fully printed blower-driven products, the cheapest balloon is the 3 m light bulb at $840 net.
Does the price include the graphic design?
Yes. We prepare the graphic design and visualisation free of charge, with revisions until you are satisfied. Production starts once you approve the design.
How long does it take to produce inflatable advertising?
10 working days from design approval and payment clearance. The lead time runs from whichever of these two happens later. Delivery time to your country comes on top of that.
Do you ship abroad and how much does delivery cost?
Yes, we ship by courier or freight forwarder. Delivery cost and time depend on the country and the size of the order, so we include them in an individual quote.
What warranty does inflatable advertising come with?
Inflatable products come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, and textile products (flags and promo counters) with 12 months. We also help with repairs throughout the warranty period.
