Inflatable Arch 5x3m Rectangle Start Finish Arch

Construction and purpose

This rectangular inflatable arch has a 5x3 m clear opening and external dimensions of 7.4 x 4.2 m, sewn from additionally coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². The 1.2 m diameter legs carry the load of the top beam and give a wide base for the guy ropes.

The rectangular outline differs from curved arches in that the top beam runs horizontally across the full width. This gives a flat, undistorted surface for a start caption or a sponsor logotype.

Power supply and setup

The shape is maintained by a built-in quiet fan that runs for the entire display time and is supplied together with the arch. Stabilisation is handled by a set of guy ropes and a set of ground anchors, both included in the set.

On surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in – block paving, asphalt or a sports hall floor – optional stabilising skids are used. The arch then stands on its own, with no interference with the ground.

Printing and interchangeable graphics

Printing is done using the UV method and can cover 100% of the arch surface; it is included in the set. We prepare the graphic design free of charge, based on the materials supplied by the customer.

If the graphics are to change between events, the arch is fitted with stitched hook-and-loop strips for interchangeable banners. Additional printed banners are ordered separately and swapped without taking the arch out of the configuration.

What can you add to the set?

Strong LED lighting can be added, useful for early morning starts and finishes held after dark, along with a 3D element mounted on the top beam. The 3D element can reproduce the shape of a product or a mascot above the opening.

The third optional item is the set of stabilising skids described above under setup.

What is included and where it is used

Standard delivery covers the arch with fan, full UV print, guy ropes, anchors, a transport bag and a 24-month warranty. The bag holds the folded arch together with its accessories, so it can be moved between locations in a passenger car.

The 5x3 m opening suits starts and finishes of running events, cycling races and ski competitions, as well as entrances to outdoor event grounds.
