Description

What the 10x5 m inflatable arch is

A fan blown inflatable arch shaped as a start finish arch, with a 10x5 m clear passage and external dimensions of 13.4 x 6.7 m. The structure is sewn from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and holds its shape thanks to a built-in quiet fan.

The 10 m wide and 5 m high passage lets a column of runners, a cycling peloton or a vehicle pass underneath. Legs 1.7 m in diameter give the structure a wide base.

What fabric is used and how is it printed?

The skin is a coated polyester fabric weighing 300 g/m². Printing is done in UV technology and can cover 100% of the arch surface, including the legs and the top beam.

The arch can be fitted with sewn-on hook and loop strips that hold interchangeable banners. This works for a series of events with different sponsors, where the structure itself stays the same.

Assembly, stabilisation and lighting

Guy ropes and anchors are included in the kit and secure the arch on grass or soil. On hard surfaces, optional skids can be used, and once fitted the arch stands on its own.

Additional equipment includes strong LED lighting and a 3D element mounted on the top beam. Both items are ordered separately.

Kit contents and transport

The kit includes the arch with the fan, full UV print, a set of ropes, a set of anchors and a transport bag. Once deflated, everything fits into the bag, so the race arch can be moved in a car or a van.

How much space does the arch take up once set up?

The inflatable arch occupies 13.4 m in width and 6.7 m in height, with a clear passage of 10x5 m for participants. You also need to allow space at the sides and behind for the guy ropes secured with anchors. The legs are 1.7 m in diameter, so each base requires a flat section of ground.

How does the arch hold its shape?

The shape is maintained by a built-in quiet fan that pushes air into the structure throughout the whole time it is on display. The fan is part of the arch and is not bought separately.

How is the arch fixed to the ground?

Fixing is done with a set of guy ropes and a set of anchors, both included in the kit. On surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional stabilising skids are available, and with them the arch stands on its own.

Can the whole surface of the arch be printed?

Yes, the arch can be printed over 100% of its surface using UV printing. The print covers both the legs and the top beam.

Can the graphics be changed later?

Yes, the arch can be fitted with sewn-on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners. Separate banners with advertising graphics are ordered as an extra item and swapped without any modification to the arch itself.
