Description

How is this model built and what is it for?

A fan blown inflatable arch in a rectangular shape with a 10x5 m clear passage, sewn from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². Air is supplied by a built-in quiet fan that runs throughout the display and holds the shape of the structure.

External dimensions are 13.4 m x 6.7 m, with a leg diameter of 1.7 m. This clearance handles a wide running or cycling peloton as well as vehicles passing through, which makes the arch suitable as a start finish structure for large mass events.

Printing and interchangeable graphics

Printing is done using UV technology and can cover 100% of the arch surface – the legs and the top beam, on both sides. Full print is included in the base configuration of the set.

If the arch is to serve several events or changing sponsors, sewn-on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners can be ordered. The banners with advertising graphics are ordered separately and swapped without touching the arch skin itself.

Installation, stability and transport

The arch is secured with the set of guy ropes and anchors supplied with it. On asphalt, paving and indoors, where anchoring is not possible, optional stabilising skids are used and the structure stands on its own.

Once deflated, the arch packs into the transport bag included in the set.

What can you add to the set?

Three add-ons are available: LED lighting for use after dark, a 3D element mounted on the top beam and stabilising skids. Each of them is quoted separately from the base configuration – pricing on request.

The 3D element on the top beam reproduces the shape of a product, mascot or logo in three dimensions instead of a flat print.

What is the actual size of the arch once inflated?

The external dimensions of the inflatable arch are 13.4 m wide and 6.7 m high, with a 10x5 m clear passage for participants. When planning the installation area, add space for the guy ropes running out to the sides.

Does the arch need a permanent power supply?

Yes – a fan blown inflatable arch runs on a built-in fan that must stay on for the entire time the arch is on display. The fan is quiet, which matters for start finish arches positioned close to the announcer and the participants.

How is the arch anchored to the ground?

The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors. On surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional stabilising skids can be ordered so the arch stands on its own.

Can the graphics be changed between events?

Yes – the arch can be fitted with additional sewn-on hook and loop strips for interchangeable banners. The banners with advertising graphics are ordered separately, for example with the logos of the sponsors of a given edition.

What printing technique is used?
