Description
How is this model built and what is it for?
A fan blown inflatable arch in a rectangular form, with an 8x4 m clear passage and external dimensions of 11 x 5.5 m. The structure is sewn from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and holds its shape thanks to air pressure from the built-in fan.
The rectangular outline with 1.5 m diameter legs gives full passage height across the entire 8 m width, unlike curved arches where the clearance narrows towards the edges. This shape works as a start finish arch in running events, cycling races and competitions where athletes cross the line in a wide front.
Fabric and printing
The 300 g/m² coated polyester fabric is printed using UV technology. Print can cover 100% of the arch surface – the top beam and both legs, on both sides of the structure.
Full print is part of the standard set, and graphic design preparation is free of charge. Optional sewn-on hook and loop strips allow interchangeable banners to be fitted, so one arch can serve several events with different logo layouts.
Set-up, power and stabilisation
The arch rises once the built-in fan is connected, and the fan runs throughout the display. The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors intended to be driven into soil.
On asphalt, paving and indoors, where anchoring is not an option, optional stabilising skids are used – the arch then stands on its own. After use, the structure fits into the transport bag supplied.
What can you add to the set?
Strong LED lighting can be added to the arch, allowing displays after dark and at evening events. A second option is a 3D element mounted on the top beam – a three-dimensional figure or product shape above the passage.
The third optional element is the set of stabilising skids, along with additional printed banners attached with hook and loop fastening. Each of these items is ordered separately, outside the standard set.

What is the actual size of the arch once inflated?
The inflatable arch measures 11 m wide and 5.5 m high externally, with an 8x4 m clear passage for participants. The legs are 1.5 m in diameter, which needs to be added on both sides when planning the installation area.
How is the arch anchored to the ground?
The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors. For surfaces where anchors cannot be driven in, optional stabilising skids are available, allowing the arch to stand on its own.
Does the arch need a permanent power supply?
Yes, the arch has a built-in quiet fan that runs throughout the display and maintains pressure inside the structure. Once the power is disconnected, the structure deflates.
