5x3 m inflatable arch with corner gussets

This inflatable arch is made of coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m² and has a built-in quiet fan that maintains pressure during operation. The clearance is 5x3 m, and the inflated structure occupies 7.4 m in width and 4.2 m in height.

The angled corner gussets joining the legs to the top beam widen the advertising area at the corners and add rigidity to the structure. The legs are 1.2 m in diameter, which gives a wide base of support.

How do you set it up, anchor it and transport it?

Setting up the arch involves spreading out the skin, connecting the fan and anchoring the structure. The set includes a full set of guy ropes and a full set of ground anchors.

On asphalt, concrete and indoor floors, where anchors are not an option, optional stabilising skids are used – the arch then stands on its own. A transport bag is included for moving and storing the arch.

Print and interchangeable graphics

Graphics are applied by UV printing, with the option to print 100% of the arch surface – legs, top beam and corner gussets, on both sides. Full surface print is part of the standard set.

If the arch is to serve different events or sponsors, hook and loop strips can be sewn on for interchangeable banners, with additional printed banners ordered separately. Swapping a panel takes less time than ordering a new structure.

LED lighting and 3D element

LED lighting is available as additional equipment and lights the arch from the inside, which matters for dawn starts, night runs and indoor events.

An additional 3D element can be mounted on the top beam – a three-dimensional shape based on a logo, mascot or sport.

Where does this model work best?

The 5x3 m clearance covers a wide start and finish line for road and cross-country runs as well as cycling and motocross races. The same structure works as an entrance arch to a festival site, trade fair or company picnic.

Because the print covers the entire surface, the arch is often used as a carrier for several sponsors at once – the legs, gussets and top beam provide separate fields for logos.

Ordering and quotation

Outside Poland the arch is quoted on request. The quotation covers the chosen configuration, print artwork and any optional equipment such as LED lighting, a 3D element or stabilising skids.

The standard set includes the arch, the fan, guy ropes, ground anchors, a transport bag and full surface print, and is covered by a 24 month warranty.
